RP Story
Duel Monsters,it is a card game that has been existed in the Ancient Egyptian times until this day. It is a game that tests the people's skills and to prove which of them is the King of Games (Yu-Gi-Oh!),thus gave birth to the people who wield cards known as Duelist. Even though there are many uses of the Duel Monsters for good and bad things,it is a game that ties all the duelists together,leading them into an unexpected fate.
There are four dimensions that ties to the Duel Monsters: Standard Dimension, Fusion Dimension, Synchro Dimension & Xyz Dimension. Each dimensions lies a duelist who can perform a different & various ways of summoning their monsters. Thus, it leads to a duel between duelist with unbelievable strength. It is a duel to show which dimensions that can perform the strongest summons.
One day, there was an unknown Dimension that suddenly birth from the eons,known as the "Duel Rift".It is a dimension that stands in between all four dimensions. It is a dimension that replicates most of the familiar places from around four dimensions itself. Suddenly,duelists from different dimensions were being sent to the Duel Rift by an unknown reason. But the most surprising of all,is that the duelist in the Rift have lost all of their memories,leading to only the figment of knowing how to duel...
With questions in the duelists's thoughts,their only answer is to duel each other in order to regain their lost memories. As one by one began to awaken it,the truth behind the Duel Rift will unfold...
RP & Duel Rules
So yeah, On this RP,KH13 Rules is a must (Like No Godmodding,PG13 and so on..). Each roleplayer can only create one character.The Roleplayers will have to Duel in the Dueling Network (www.duelingnetwork.com) where we can duel straight away from that duel website. Before the roleplayers will perform a duel,both of them will have to post "STANDBY" in their post so that it can shows that they're preparing for a duel. The duel will also need at least 1 or 2 other roleplayers to watch the duel as witnesses so that there'll be no cheating or any bad things during the duel. Those who don't follow the rules in the RP and/or in the Duel at least 3 times will be kicked out from the RP. The watchers will have to post the results of those duel in the RP Topic in order to show that the duel was really happening.Here's the Sheet for the Watchers:
Duel : (Like Duelist A vs Duelist B)
Winner : (Duelist A for example)
Finisher Card : (What Card that the winner used to end the duel)
However,if this sheet doesn't work out for you,you could make a summary instead.Let's not forget that the Roleplayers will have to roleplay in chat during the Duel in the Dueling Network.
Also,I would like to make a split of two duelists: Advance Level Duelist & Basic Level Duelist.
Basic Level Duel
Basic Level Duelist will only know about the Duelist Kingdom Duel Rules,where duelist can choose either 4000 or 8000 as their starting life points during the duel.You won't be need of tributes for Tribute Summon. However,Basic Level Duelist can performing Special Summons that involves a monster from the extra deck up to 3 times,regardless of how many kinds of your special summons. Also,duelist can only perform 1 Direct Attack on your turn.
Advance Level Duel
Advance Level Duel will know about the Battle City Duel Rules,where duelist can choose either 8000 or 16000 as their starting life points during the duel. As always,duelist must have to follow the rules of tribute summons. They are able to use monsters from the Extra Deck by performing special summons as many times as they like. There will be no Direct Attack restrictions on this rule.
Also,let's not forget that the player can't draw on the first turn. Here's the results of during the situation where different level duelist collides:
Advance Duelist vs Advance Duelist = Both Duelists commences Advance Level Duel
Basic Duelist vs Basic Duelist = Both Duelists commences Basic Level Duel
Advance Duelist vs Basic Duelist = Both Duelists commences Basic Level Duel
So yeah,this is for balancing the duel between the new & experienced players who join the RP.Also,try not to post too much that the other Roleplayers can't keep up as it will cause a big left behind for the characters,thus need at least 4 different member's post after posting your own. To show that you follow the rules,Put 'Action Duel!' at the end of your character sheets. And last but not least, HAVE FUN IN THE DUEL!!

The Duel Rift is a dimension where it has all kinds of familiar places. Duelist can go to these places with the system of "Rift Gates",where duelist create a portal with the help of their duel disk to open a path to new places. There will be 4 Rift Zones that you can explore;

Dimensions : (From dimensions of Standard,Fusion,Synchro & Xyz,Which Dimension where the character belong? Also,the character CAN'T USE OTHER MONSTERS FROM THE EXTRA DECK THAT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THEIR DIMENSION (ex. Duelist from Xyz dimensions can't use fusion or synchro monsters). Duelist from Standard Dimension are able to have all kinds of summoning methods including Pendulum Summons.)
Duel Disk : ( What kind of Duel Disk that you use? Be it descriptive or an image. Also, duelist from the Synchro dimension will have a choice whether they would like to use a duel disk or the duel runner.)
So yeah,that's all the information I'll gave you before you guys signing up and I'll make my own character soon. Also,just to let you know that when the RP's story was going further,I'll allow all the duelist can special summon monsters that was different from their dimension. The RP will start if we have at least 3 duelists on each dimensions. Good luck and Have fun!
