I thought it would be nice to find out who got a wave 4 Amiibo, and what the experience behind getting it was like! I'll start!

 

My Wave 4 Amiibo experience started at 8:00 am EST time when I woke up. I decided to call to find out if any store near me had a Pac-Man Amiibo. But after every call, I was told they either had none, a Charizard Amiibo, or the Inklings. I had an appointment to go to so it took a while for me to call other stores, but while me and my mother were taking me to my next appointment for my eye exam, we called a GameStop we were going near, and they finally were the people who said they would hold a Pac-Man Amiibo for me, and when we got there I also got the last Wario Amiibo they had too!

Oh. Well, I hope they got their order in, for the both of those types of Amiibos. 

I just read an article yesterday that someone in the UK hijacked a truck-load of Inkling Amiibos. And the folks that pre-ordered have to get a standard version of what they ordered, I think. 

I just hope those orders arrived safe in stores and to the people that ordered them.

I went to a store at 7:00 AM just as it opened to hopefully get Robin and Lucina, but I only managed to get Pac-Man, Wario, and Silver Mario. I would have gotten Splatoon ones as well, but decided not to unless I got the three pack. I also grabbed a Charizard at another store.

After picking up my Spaltoon bundle this morning I went looking for a Jigglypuff amiibo, but sadly they were out of stock everywhere. I was also told that the pre-orders for next months batch are pretty much sold out too. America only got Ness, Lucina, Robin, Wario, Charizard and Pacman today correct? They were out last month in Europe.

 

I've imported my Inkling Boy from Japan and honestly, I think it'll be better off if I just import both Jigglypuff and Zero Suit Samus. It sucks having to wait the extra week or so for it to arrive, but honestly, it's hassle free and at least I'll get the figure.

I got Ness, Lucina, Robin and Pac-Man last month since I live in the UK. Then I got Jigglypuff and Greninja yesterday with the Inkling Boy, Girl and Squid coming today along with a limited edition pack.

 

I'm so glad I got to order from the Nintendo UK store because of that truck theft. I've crossed lots of people that have been affected by the incident so it made me feel pretty bad.  :sad:
