The Master Sword is the Blade of Evil's Bane or something, right? And MX's Keyblade isn't inherently evil, it's just used for evil purposes.

But we are talking fictional magic swords so who the firetruck knows.

There isn't an indication that MX's blade itself is evil, so I would think the Master Sword would treat it like any other blade. Xehanort himself on the other hand...
