well namine didnt mess with his memory so i dont see why not, plus, how else would he have had remembered about diz and sora sleeping and namine, plus in the ending he walks out and sees diz and asks what he is making him choose now

In COM/Re:COM namine asked Riku if he wanted to be in a sleeping pod too. But Riku said no and try to face Ansem himself. So he prwtty much does remember Castle Oblivion.

yep there is another good point,

He did not get his memory played with by Namine. So yes he does remember. Sora had his memory wiped so that's why he doesn't remember. And riku remembers making a promise to Namine to keep sora safe while he was asleep.

Namine didn't do anything with Riku's memory but I dont think that Riku ever met Axel before but he probably did remember seeing Namine...

I don't see why he WOULDN'T remember. Namine didn't tamper with him memory like she did with Sora. There's no reason he shouldn't remember.
