Where should I watch online to support TV show ratings if I do not have the channel?

Disney Channel Canada is launching soon, and I dunno if my Fibreop will contain it along with reluanchings of Disney Jr. Canada and Disney xD Canada. What website should I watch that will help count my viewership towards the ratings of my favourite shows on the channel? I've heard that ProjectFreeTV counts towards ratings but how does it and other sites work?
