Hello, and welcome to the Ghost Hunt CYOA story!

Today, you find yourself in the non-existent shoes of Mr. Sir Mayohopper, an expert ghost hunter! 

 

 

 

For 25 years, he has been hunting down ghosts all across the world. He likes to use them as light sources and energy for his evil laboratory project in Sweden. But, that's not important now. He has a passion for catching poltergeists in particular since they are the most fun. But, he won't get the choice to catch one of those tonight. At least he doesn't think so. Right now, he is in Ireland to chase down the ghosts in a haunted house - Ghosts that stole his beloved Z-Coil shoes for jumping up high places and catching butterflies.

 

Now, he must find the ghosts!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He stands on a foggy sidewalk with a lantern in his hand as he looks onward at the house were the ghosts have supposedly taken refuge. Of course, it's a dark and stormy night, because spookiness. Lightning clouds hang over the fragile old piece of property as thunder cracks from the sky. Yes. That has to be the place! It's so spooky!

 

But, wait! That house looks to be pretty far away, and his scrawny little stick legs won't be able to carry him that far without wasting time. He does NOT want to miss the new episode of "Two Blokes and A Goat". All he has is his lantern, tie, and a half-melted Kinder Surprise Egg in his pocket.

 

What should Mr. Sir Mayohopper do?

Hey. Guess what.

 

 

 

Now wait just a minute there miss "Ghosty-goo God with candy cane legs", what about how Mayohopper ended up in that place? Surely you are not against the formula so much that you forgot to put in even the basest of bases.

 

Mayohopper: Retrieve lost panels.

 

Oh, and while we're at it...

 

Blue Ghost: Retrieve Legs.

 

That ought to spice things up.

 

(You can let other people add in Tocsin's stuff right? As well as a Mayohopper section for after he has retrieved the lost panels? I want to be fair to everyone and give them some Mayohopper/Tocsin action.)

Oh yes. That damned ghost hunter will get his just desserts for handling Tocsin like such a dope! Look! The pink ghost has his legs now! Grandiose was so proud, even if it was a little...forced.

 

 

 

Hmm? What now? Oh, you want to see how this ghost is doing? Why? Getting bored with dear, sweet Mayohopper?

Oh well, I guess.

Anyway, this ghosts name is Grandiose, by the way. Get your names right! You can't just go around calling ghosts by their color.

 

That's racist.

 

We don't know much about this guy, but I guess we will soon.

 

And, what about his legs? Well, in case you didn't get the memo, ghost legs are NOT easy to get on your own. But, Grandiose will be nice and try to find an alternative... Maybe in the old closet.

 

 

OH JEEZ.

Some crap suddenly puked out of the closet! What the- A mannequin? Tacky red gloves? What is all this? Ugh, he wonders if opening the old fridge would have the same violent reaction. This house is so old and cluttered from the last Spook Shindig, it's hard to pinpoint where everything is now...

 

Grandiose inspects the gloves. Ugh. They're so brightly colored... He wonders who these belonged to...

 

 

Hmm?? Wait! There's something in these gloves!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hmm? Fancy knickknacks?... 

...

Grandiose was a sucker for this prideful, fancy old stuff...

You guys hold up! Grandiose wants to slip into something more towards his tastes!

 

 

 

 

 

MEANWHILE IN THE UNDERGROUND...

It's going nowhere, to say the least. Doppelhopper even took off his tie because he was so disinterested. And the skeleton from before is just napping! What a lazy bones!

 

 

 

 

BACK TO OUR MAIN PATH.

Wait a gosh-darned second...

This is yet ANOTHER land?! How many places is Mayohopper going to teleport to today??

Wait... What's that in the sky?...

Oh... Oh my gosh. Those things in the sky...

TOCSIN IS RIGHT HERE!

Oh crap! He's here already?? He has the green stuff with him too! He tried feeding it to the demon on his back, but that resulted into nothing. Better try it on the mYSTERY PERSON IN THE ROCKET CAR!

Oh god. The adrenaline rushed and the chase was on once again! This rocket was quite the game! Mayohopper wonders who is in it! Tocsin was there too! Oh!! And the butterflies are so pretty-

Mayohopper:

The Ghost Hunter is FREAKING OUT! How in the world does he screw this up now???

He has acquired his sexy ghost legs in an overly dramatic exposition!

Will he finally KILL Mayohopper???
