I can't change my About Me page

I have tried three times now to edit my About Me page and nothing is happening. Each time, I hav first pressed the Finish and Save button and then I press the Save Changes button when I am done editing my profile. What am I missing? Help please!

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
