Will Birth By Sleep 0.2 use the Command Deck or the Command Menu for combat?

I have a feeling that it'll use the command deck but there won't be that many commands available because of the length of the game. Like about 20 to 30 commands or so.

    Command Menu. Especially since they probably want to familiarize people with KH3's gameplay.
