Itiner Town - Sylveon Guild

 

Just outside of a large building in the shape of a Sylveon's head, a group of young Pokemon stood, waiting to meet with the guild leader. Today was the day that they would finally be accepted into the guild, and potentially even find their own Exploration Team members. Of course, all of them were excited. However, while many of them managed to conceal this excitement, one in particular was having difficulty in doing so. This Pokemon, a Totodile, was nearly at the point of shouting about just how happy he was. He'd been waiting years to finally be accepted into an Exploration Guild, and that time was finally about to come. He scanned the group of Pokemon, looking for a potential partner to team up with. He noticed a Cacnea and a Vulpix who were already speaking with one another, with a Mareep standing shyly to the side. A mean-looking Skorupi was remaining rather quiet, while a Larvitar silently observed the others. A Drifloon was also present, but she seemed to be having difficulties in staying with the rest of the group.

 

Huh... Is this everyone? I feel like there's got to be at least one other person. The Totodile, Tide, thought to himself. He wouldn't mind partnering with any one of these Pokemon, of course. He just wanted to know if there would be any more options available to him.

"Oi, watch out!"

 

A scruffy black and blue blur cried out, most people had moved out of the way, however, a certain blue and red reptile didn't... 

 

Boom!

 

"Ouch... Sorry..."

Licking her paws, the shiny Eevee (who just liked being called Eve) looked up at the comotion. She rolled her eyes ad got up, walking over.

"Are you two okay?" She asked, looking at the piled up Pokemon. "You should go slower, you're not going to get in by rushing and running people over."

Tide was a bit surprised by the sudden Shinx, but it didn't bother him much. He actually started laughing. "It's fine, I understand being a little excited." He spoke cheerfully. After forgiving the Shinx, an Eevee approached the two as well. A shiny Eevee, to be specific. "Heh, I'm fine." He pulled himself back up on his feet., and helped the Shinx up as well. "My name's Tide! Nice to meet you two!" He greeted himself.

Zyliph got to his feet, nodding towards the Totodille that identified himself as Tide. "Zyliph's the name, Thunder's my game!" He shook his tail back and forth a bit. "Sorry again, still practicing some moves I found out about, I can't quite do them right yet though!"

Eve helps the Shinx up.

"Try it not around people." She said. "though, if you nearly take down a few, can't be bad at it." She smiled. "So, you guys wanna get into the Sylveon Guild too?"

"You've got to be making some progress with the move, Zyliph. I mean, you managed to knock me over!" Tide complimented the Shinx, then turned to Eve. "Yep! I've waited ages for the day that I could finally join an Exploration Team. I can't wait to go off on all sorts of new adventures!" He exclaimed. "Hey... you're an Eevee, and the guild leader is a Sylveon... Are you two related at all?" He asked curiosuly.

Eve helps the Shinx up.

"Try it not around people." She said. "though, if you nearly take down a few, can't be bad at it." She smiled. "So, you guys wanna get into the Sylveon Guild too?"

"Well, it would help if I knew how to stop..." He commented. "But yeah, I didn't want to be late for it so I tried to use Quick Attack and well... Now I'm here!"

Eve chuckled.

"I'd have used agility...if I knew it." she ruffles her tail a bit. "Attacks aren't for traveling..."

Tide nodded. "Well, at least you got here on time!"

After a while, the doors to the guild opened. A small, pink Pokemon stepped out from them, and scanned the Pokemon before her. This Pokemon, of course, was Sylveon. "Hello, everyone!" She greeted the group. "As I'm sure you know, I'm Sylveon, the Guildmaster of the Sylveon Guild! I also know that you're all here to try to enter the guild!" She spoke loudly, though with a cheerful, friendly tone. "I've already organized a test for all of you to ensure that you're ready to go on all the adventures an ordinary guild member would participate in. First off, I'd like you all to form groups of three! Don't worry, these teams won't be permanent unless you want them to." She allowed the others to converse for a short time to find their teams.

 

Tide looked at Eve and Zyliph. "Hey, since we already know each other, why don't we team up?" He asked the two.

"Sure! I'm glad I ran into you then, ha ha!" Zyliph jumped up, obviously rather happy from finding some friendly people to work with, without too much issue as well! "We three will ace this test for sure!"
