how do you unlock blank points and the secret ep. on standard

In order to unlock the Secret Episode on standard you have to complete all stories, including the Final Episode, collect all of Xehanort's reports, get 140 points for each sticker album (you have to put them in the right place) and get the trophy for beating 9999 Unversed.

No, not that I know of. The only unlockable things of bbs are the Final Episode, Blank Points and in the Final Mix version (like in 2.5) the Secret Episode.

I would first play all characters on hard, try to unlock all treasure boxes, and get all of the trophies. Don't forget to get all stickers and place them correctly on the scrapbook. You'll need Rhythm Mixer for the Realm of Darkness as it comes very handy.
