Seriously guys! This fight is ridicolous! Just because you bring this issue up (which everyone here is aware of) no one is gonna listen.

I know several people have have posted in this thread, saying that spaming is wrong .. When every time I go to the Random section in this forum .. I see a spam/inside joke/chat log thread just by those members.

 

I'm not saying I don't think the spaming should stop, but seriously.

Which pretty much means: Don't tell people to do something, then do the opposite.

I'm pointing out it's a spamming section. I mean, that's why posts in Random don't count, right?

 

In a way, I agree. Lots of people I know consider Random topics or random statements as spam. But....

 

Just because it's a random forum doesn't mean people have to abuse it by posting threads day in and day out about the same things. Yes, people post jokes, which are funny most of the time. But when people post threads about "I'M GUNNA RAEP YOU", and stuff like that.......no.

 

 

That type of stuff... Yeah. If it's a topic that people can continue... like a question, or something they want your opinion about, or a really funny joke (though some people call those jokes) that you would like to share, or something.

But it does get annoying when they post a thread about some kind of random statement that isn't funny or interesting.... And some people might not even understand what they meant.

 

(Edit: Oh and wasn't it the MODS who were playing pranks and tricks or something just for fun? I would think that THAT would be spam-ish)
