Without saying the Person's current Member Title (if they have one), make up a new one you think would be fitting for them.

 

Now I'm not saying to make a BETTER Member Title for the person above you, just a title that could go with that member.

 

And if someone somehow makes up one for you that you like, of course you can set it as your Member Title! Just don't steal others' ideas when viewing Member Titles.
