Biography- Aya lost her virginity at the age of 10 years old to her father's brother, Charles. Due to her parent's work, her mother running a clothing line and her father working for the Queen, they were completely unaware.
Aya was continuously sexually abused by her uncle's hand, and too scared to speak up about it. It only grew worse when Aya's mother died due to fever.
After Viscount Alexander Everus was killed, Uncle Charles insisted he was chosen as the new watchdog. The Queen refused, for Charles was a second born. Uncle Charles was furious, and Aya was thrown out into the streets.
A brothel picked Aya up, however she at first did not know that they were not only a brothel, but ALSO a cult. They were against the Queen, and held interest in black magic. After Charles happened to step into the brothel one day, he informed the owner that Aya was an Everus.
They instantly treated Aya like slum, making her work for them as a prostitute. This happened on her 15th birthday. Charles started working for the brothel, and made Aya's life hell. That is when she made her decision. She wished things were like back then, before her abuse. Aya "accidentally" summoned something she would regret for the rest of her life, using the black magic of the cult. She summoned the high demon, "Veran Sterben".
Upon the contract for her happiness and how things were back then, she offered upon her soul. This contract was sealed until her wishes were fulfilled.

Samael was smiling happily as he clapped his hands together. "Yay Aya is sleeping over!" Samael cheered, Alexander secretly hissing. Great. If Aya was staying, that meant Veran was staying. Fantastic. "Alexander prepare a nice meal for Aya, whatever she wants! Allow Veran to help you! Call the other servants and have them start the bath for Aya. With bubbles and whatever she wants! I'll get working on the letter. Catarina, come with me, the moment I finish the letter I need you to run over to the queen ASAP!" Samael ordered. Everyone began to hurry to their places. Their maids offered their hands to Aya, others going on to prepare the bath with bubbles and sweet scented oils. Alexander twitched his eyes as he glanced at Veran. "Well, I'm going to start to cook something for lady Aya...unless you want to take over that too." Alexander hissing as he walked off to the kitchen. Samael went ahead and began to write the letter. Alexander was determined to be the best butler in this house. Period. "I bet AYa will like some desserts, I have a bunch of desserts recopies she's sure to like."

  • Author

"Aya is rather picky about her food, it is probably not best for her to have a heavy meal, or dessert." Veran said bluntly, following Alexander into the Pandora kitchen.

He was already judging its layout.

"I propose a nice soup, nothing too thick. It could also be accompanied by some type of bread or side." Veran smirked, taking off his coat, and setting it down, his shirt underneath completely unstained by any amount of blood.

He went and began washing his hands thoroughly, a belt with his two revolvers and multi-tool was around his waist, usually it was covered by his tailcoat, but it posed another threat to Alexander.

"I suppose you don't mind me cooking alongside you?" Veran said, turning to Alexander.

The blood that was on his face earlier was completely gone, him looking as sharp as ever.

Alexander's eyes twitched. This was his house, his domain, and god dammit he would not be outdone by a demon in his own household! "...I guess. Though I would prefer for you to not have that belt on your hips at the moment. You may scare the rest of the staff." Alexander hissed, turning over as he began to heat up some water, getting on an apron out of habit. "Well then, what kind of soup would your lady like?" Alexander asked, picking out some ingredients and spices that could possibly go into the soup. "Is she rather picky or you just are picky for her?" Alexander asked, trying to be as satire and sarcastic as he could towards Veran. This was his house. He would not be outdone!...well he could and most possibly be outdone just that he wouldn't admit it.

Samael finished writing the letter, explaining the events that had transpired according to Aya and Veran. He folded it into an envelope, and poured a bit of wax to seal the envelope closed. He used the family seal in the shape of his ring, and pressed it on the wax, leaving the design on it. "Alright, Catarina, ready to deliver?" Samael asked with a smile, offering the envelope. Catarina took the envelope, nodding. "I'll get it delivered." Catarina said. She then proceeded to jump out the window, landing gracefully before dashing away, running at inhuman speeds to deliver the letter. Samael rested his head against his desk.

Aya had everything she could possibly have while in the bath. Bubbles, sweet smelling oils, and a beautiful view of the property due to the window. The maids were more than happy to have Aya around. It was the first time Samael had shown interest in any female. Ever.

"Too bad if I scare the rest of the staff, it is of your, Samael, and my masters own safety that I am armed at all times." Veran said rather rudely, turning to Samael.

"There are only two of us in here right now, so I don't see why you are so worried about it." He gave his signature smirk, gathering ingredients to make chicken broth.

"Chicken Noodle soup. Perferably with a lot of noodles...but not the pasta-like ones." Veran instructed.

"Why don't you make the noodles? He proposed.

"Also, Alexander. I would like my lady to be as healthy as possible." He hissed, cutting his eyes at the other butler.

Aya, on the other hand, was completely enjoying herself. Sure she hurt some, but this was absolute heaven.

Alexander scoffed, turning away from Veran. "Don't worry. I wouldn't even think about harming any of Samael's guests, especially someone as important as lady Aya." Alexander said as he began to make the noodles for the soup. If he ever were to harm anyone precious to Samael, he would never forgive himself. He was raised alongside him. He cared for him so very much. "I think you did pretty good in dealing with the ghouls. If you were to let any of them live it would have been an infestation that wasn't actually solved." Alexander said as he cooked the noodles. He could at least try to get along...for one, miserable, night. "If it weren't for the fact you were what you were lady Aya wouldn't have been asked to take care of such position at such an early age. By her age Samael was still playing with his ark play set and his biggest worry was if he would be able to have chocolate for dinner." Alexander spoke, genuinely feeling bad for Aya. She was young after all.

"Aya had to fight for her position. It was rightfully hers all along." Veran was already finished with the broth, putting it on the stove and waiting on the noodles now.

He began cutting up some carrots and other vegetables to add.

"If it wasn't for me, her uncle would have had the chore of the Queen's watchdog, but he was not eligible for the task." Veran explained, making fine, thin cuts.

"Was Samael always meant for his position?" The demon then asked, plopping the vegetables into the broth.

Aya was done with her bath now, and her cuts and burns were cleaned up. Her hair was thoroughly dried, and put up by one of the maids, and the maids also brought her some clothes she could wear. They weren't nothing special...but something of Samael's he grew out of. The maids thought it would be fine.

She was lead downstairs, meeting up with Samael again.

Alexander poured out the water, leaving the noodles behind. "To inherit the family business. Yes. To be the delivery boy and medium between the queen and Aya. No. Not originally." Alexander said as he walked over and brought Veran the noddles for the soup. "However he was technically the perfect one for the positions. No parents. No real connections outside his household. No one to get in the way of him working on it. Already surrounded with mysteries due to his father's fall to insanity. He was asked by the queen one day, unexpectedly, and he simply accepted it." Alexander explained as he walked away and put away from of the tools to get washed. "He should have said no." Alexander said as he puffed his cheeks and crossed his arms.

Samael walked out of his office and closed it, walking down and meeting up with Aya by the staircase. "You look much better after the bath. Blood doesn't go with you." Samael joked. He couldn't help but to awe as well. "You're wearing one of my old pajamas. Oh you look so cute! Hopefully that will do. We haven't had a female owner of the house since my mom died, and all of those clothes were burnt by dad way back then." Samael offered his hand. "Shall I lead you to the dinning hall?"

"Samael made a noble choice." Veran said, plating the meal.

"Usually those who have a lot of secrets to hide, work the hardest." he then commented, leaving the kitchen.

Aya took Samael's hand.

"This will do. I have been wearing boys clothes for a while anyways." Aya said, softly smiling.

She did not want to bring up anything harmful to Samael's emotions.

"I'm sure Veran and Alexander prepared a great meal." she then smiled.

As they arrived at the Dining Hall, Aya was greeted with a bowl of soup, a cup of warm ginger tea.

"Thank you very much for cooking, Veran and Alexander." Aya said as she began to eat.

"My pleasure." Veran said selfishly, looking at Aya with a small smile.

He was rather hungry himself. Preparing food for a human always seemed to stir up his appetite, but he would be patient, and receive the best meal in due time.

Alexander watched as Veran walked out and pursed his lips. Noble or not. Samael was in the line of danger. His mother would be having a fit in her grave if she knew the trouble her only son was getting into. Samael watched rather dreamingly as Aya ate. Alexander walked over to Samael and settled down a glass of chocolate milk. "Thank you." Samael said as he drank the milk. "Werewolves, Werecats, Ghouls, the queen really has a thing for supernatural cases around England doesn't she. Then again normal police wouldn't be able to handle it. Especially when such existence is suppose to be kept as myths." Samael said as he drank milk. "Hm. Aya, your dad's name was the same as Alexander, right? I remember dad talking about him when I was smaller. He seemed like a very admirable guy."

Aya had finished her soup, and had just taken a sip of her tea when Samael mentioned her father.

"Yes. You are correct. Do you know what happened to him? My mother wouldn't tell me." Aya asked Samael.

She was always curious about what actually happened to her father, but she probably could never know.

She knew that her mother was traumatized after hearing about Lord Everus's death, and refused to give Aya details. She only knew that her father died on a mission.

Aya knew that would not be her fate. Veran would protect her through all her missions.

"He was a wonderful father. He was strong, proud, and almost always wore a smile...even if he was working hard at night. I wish I could have seen him more." Aya said softly, smiling.

She looked at the reflection of her eyes in her tea, knowing that she took her father's job for the best.

Samael drank as he listened. "Sadly I don't know what happened to him. Sorry." Samael added as he looked down, smiling a bit. "You seem to have had a wonderful family. I wish I could have met your dad at least once. He seemed like the type of person I should look up to as an example." Samael said as he slowly frowned. "I never met my mom. I've only seen pictures and portraits of my mom. She was pretty. She suffered from Albinism, which she passed down to me. But I never got to meet her. She died when giving birth to me. I was raised by dad but...he wasn't nice either." Samael said as he played with the glass. "He always blamed me for killing mom. If I hadn't been born mom wouldn't have died. He was never happy with me or anything I did...he was so strange." Samael said with a soft smile. "He slowly began to lose his mind. By the time he fell down the stairs I realized that he was beyond my help." Samael said as he looked up and offered the glass to Alexander, who took it. "Because dad never wanted me, Alexander and the rest of the servants raised me up. They're my real family."

  • Author

Aya listened closely to Samael's story. Medicine was never that advanced, and childbirth was always something that scared Aya. She has heard of many mothers whom died of childbirth, which was one reason she never wanted children.

"My uncle kind of lost his mind...but I think he was a little crazy to begin with." Aya laughed lightly, taking another sip from her tea.

"I lost my virginity at the age of ten due to him. He treated me like a good for nothing toy, and was assigned to raise me after my parents died. Mom died of a fever." Aya confessed.

"After Uncle Charles discovered he couldn't work for the Queen, and I would be the one doing it, he threw me out on the streets. I was taken in by some cult...but it was more like a brothel. I was the youngest one there, and once they figured out I was an Everus, well things didn't go to well. That's when I found the gateway to summon Veran. It probably wasn't a good idea, but I am in a much better place." Aya looked over to Veran and smiled, him slightly bowing to her.

"I guess we both aren't very lucky, eh?" She then placed her hand on Samael's.

"I'm glad I was able to meet someone like you though."

Samael listened. Aya's life was good until the death of her mother, it seemed. The whole ordeal with her uncle, the cult, it all sounded absolutely unreal. Yet it was real. All to real. And Aya had suffered through it until Veran had come to her with a contract that had saved her from such life. With a cost, of course. In the end he would eat up Aya's soul and it would go into nothingness. How tragic. "Your uncle is an @$$." Samael muttered, looking down at her hand on his. "We're both unlucky and have a poor start in life, I guess." Samael said. He smiled. "I'm glad to have met someone like you too. You've made my life more exciting, you know. I couldn't have asked for it any other way. So...let's be best friends from now on, ok?" Samael asked with a small smile, wrapping his pink finger around Aya's. "You've inspired me to do more dresses too. I'll have to name a design after you."

"What if I started a men's clothing line? We may be partners here, but we sure aren't partners in the clothing business!" Aya said, laughing afterwords.

Aya bowed her head to Samael.

"Thank you for looking out for me Samael." She then said.

Veran stood over Aya's shoulder, placing a hand on her head, as if claiming that she was his.

"Aya, you should probably be headed to bed soon. I'm sure you guys have a spare room available." Veran said seriously, then turning to Alexander.

"Just a room for Aya would be well appreciated." He looking down at Aya, brushing his hand underneath her left eye, admiring the seal that was clearly visible.

"Thank you for allowing us to stay here tonight, Samael. I will have to makeup for it." Veran pulling away from Aya.

Alexander nodded. "Right this way then." Alexander said, giving a small nod towards Samael. "Good night, Aya, Veran. Hope you sleep well. If you need anything, just say the word and we'll be right here!" Samael said cheerfully as Alexander led the two away to one of the various guest rooms. Samael rested back against his seat, playing with the now empty glass in his hands. He settled it down and walked back to his room, waving at the maids as he walked off. "Good night, Samael." They said. "Good night everyone." Samael said as he walked back to his room. Once he entered he headed straight to his bookcase, looking among his personal books that could otherwise be considered controversial. "If a soul is eaten by a demon...does it just disappear so easily?"

"Right here, lady Aya." Alexander said as he bowed his head, opening the door to one of the guest rooms. It was normal looking, with a bed, a countertop and chairs, wardrobes, and so on. "If there is anything that you need please do not hesitate in asking. Any guest of Samael is of upmost importance." Alexander said as he kept his eye on Veran. He would stay close to Samael's room tonight. Just in case.

"Thank you, Alexander." Aya bowed her head to Alexander as he then closed the door.

Veran was practically fuming.

"He has gotten on my nerves this evening." Veran admitted, then turning to Aya.

"You've had a long day." he added.

Aya smiled gently, looking up at Veran.

"Well you did too." She then remarked.

Aya then crawled into the bed, Veran tucking her in.

"Good Night, my lady." He commented, blowing out the candles.

"I will not be here tonight, I am going to investigate some things. You sleep well and call for Alexander if you need anything, but do not let him know I am not here." Veran informed.

"I will. Good Night Veran." she said.

Veran preceded to blow out the candles, walking to the window, prying it open, and vanishing, the window closed afterwards.

Veran traveled to where the boys school was, at a calm pace. He wanted to figure out who exactly was a ghoul, even if he was just making out ashes.

The academy was pretty burnt up. Though some of the structure remained, as some of the dorms and classrooms, most of the place was barely hanging on. The bodies were either burnt partially or burnt beyond recognition. All of them in frozen positions of where they took their last breath. Some bodies were over others, some of the older students trying to use their own bodies as shields to try and protect the younger ones, only for them all to die the same way. There wasn't much difference between a ghoul and a human physically. The other difference being that ghouls had hidden appendages and superhuman abilities, and the fact that they could only consume human flesh. Other than that, the two were identical. However on the ghoul bodies there were signs of who was a ghoul. Their backs, as burnt as they were, usually had extra bones, and burnt pieces of flesh sticking out, their appendages sticking out in the high temperature. Ghouls smelled different too. While humans smelled normal...regardless of how alive they were, all ghouls smelled like death itself. Out of the dozens of students, 10% were secretly ghouls. "What a tragedy." A woman's voice spoke up, her voice echoing around the area, her presence all over yet nowhere at the same time. "So many young lives were taken, and you didn't even eat a single soul!" The voice teased.

Samael sat on his bed, books here and there. Some in languages that seemed ancient or simply unheard of. They varied from Dracopedias to Demonology books all the way from Italy. One of them included an original version of the Divine Comedy. Samael always found amazement in such topics. They were unusual and he made sure to memorize every possible detail of such wonderful facts. Not many people believed any of these, or even most were real. But Samael, Aya, and so many more knew differently. "None of these say anything beyond that the souls gets eaten and that's it." Samael pouted. What if there was actually a heaven and Aya didn't get to go? That wouldn't be fair.

Veran was slightly frightened by the voice, looking around.

He then took a breath.

"I didn't take a soul, yes. That is because I am focused on one soul in particular." Veran said in all truth.

Veran removed his glove, looking down at the contact seal on his palm.

"One soul is so pure, so fresh...and will be, extremely delicious." Veran's eyes glew in the moonlight, trying to sense where the voice was coming from, noting the amount of hidden ghouls.

Edited by Madam Ciel Nekohive

The voice chuckled, laughing almost mockingly towards Veran as the voice echoed, not letting even Veran able to sense where exactly the voice came from. "You're such an interesting being. Even for a demon! I want to bite you right up...but all in due time. You should return home to your master~ The queen's guards are on their way. We wouldn't want you to become involved in this. I want you all to myself, after all?" The voice purred, soon disappearing, along with its presence, simply vanishing into thin air. From the distance lanterns could be seen. Police accompanied with the royal guard making their way to the scene of the tragedy by order of the queen herself.

Caterina jumped through the window, walking over to Samael while he sat on the bed. "Here are the responses." Catarina said as she handed the envelopes. Samael took them and opened the one addressed to him. He read it and sighed in relief. "The queen isn't mad. I'm glad." Samael smiled. He set down the envelopes on the night table and pushed the books to his feet. He lay down as he watched Catarina make herself comfortable at his feet next to the books. "Good night, Catarina."

  • Author

Veran, quickly, moved away from the scene in a black flash.

"Bite me? I'll enjoy it." He muttered with a dark, almost lustful tone.

He would stay at the scene, hiding within the darkness, watching and listening to what the guards had to say.

(Short post keel me)

The guards walked around, inspecting the damage and doing the procedure to any crime. Many murmured how it was a tragedy, such a shame for so many young children to have died in such a way. Regardless...it was quickly ruled out to be a tragic accident. A fire that spread faster than what they could run away from. Whether it was a genuine conclusion...or something to keep wandering eyes and minds at bay in the name of the queen, only would they know.

-NEXT DAY-

Samael was up and going at the first light of dawn. He took a quick bath, and changed into some comfortable clothing before heading back to his work station, closing the door as he began to work on the clothing and design again, and it wasn't even seven in the morning yet. He could work until Aya awoke. No one was in a hurry, and the mission wasn't going anywhere. Alexander was cooking some breakfast for Samael, happily humming to himself as he didn't see Veran all night, nor in the kitchen currently, which meant he could cook in relative peace.

"Lady Aya." A voice called to wake Aya up, it being no other than Veran's.

He looked down at the extremely sleepy Aya, a rather blank look on his face.

"You need to wake up." He informed.

Aya sat up slowly, looking at Veran.

"Is something wrong?" She than asked, rubbing her eyes.

"We just need to get to your manor. I experienced...a disturbance last night, and could not identify what or where it was. I feel that your manor might be a safe place to be at the moment." Veran informed.

"Alright. We'll head back...after I eat." Aya concluded.

Her old dress was there from when Aya changed into the boys uniform, Aya getting dressed by Veran's hand into that.

She then began to travel downstairs to go be nosy about Samael, and Veran decided to bother Alexander again, entering the kitchen, taking off his coat, and plopping himself in a chair.

"So what are you cooking for our masters...chef?" He teased.

And there went the morning peace. Alexander hissed, almost like a cat, as he heard Veran. "Chocolate croissants with flan and truffles for Samael. I didn't know what your master would like so I made her an omelet with bagels with cheese and orange juice." Alexander said as he multi tasked with ease, a few other servants helping him out as well with other stuff. "Unless you want to try and do some breakfast you think she might like. Samael likes chocolate, so mixing chocolate with healthy food is my best way to get him to eat." Alexander went on as he filled the croissant with chocolate. Meanwhile Samael worked by threading a lace choker. He gently traces the patterns, adding the jewel and the details with ease as his hands moved delicately on the material. He rolled on his chair, looking across the large wall of small compartments filled with materials. He puled on one, picking out a few pearls and rolling back to the table, adding them to the choker. "There we go." Samael said as he settled it on the mannequin. He stepped back, admiring the attire the mannequin wore. A wedding dress with a hat and the choker for a wedding collection. "This should do."

"Aya won't drink orange juice." Veran said rather rudely, getting up and beginning to make her some morning tea.

"It hurts her mouth." he then added, looking at Alexanders chocolate creation.

"Samael should not eat chocolate all the time, it is rather unhealthy...even if it is incorporated in healthy foods." the rotten demon then informed.

Aya was downstairs, and knocked on Samael's workroom. She heard stuff moving around, and knew Samael was probably very busy.

"Samael, I'm awake. Can I come in?" she called from outside the door.

Alexander scoffed. "He is the perfect fit of health! There is enough balance between the chocolate and the actual food to make it make sense." Alexander hissed, waving a spoon around as he settled it down. "Well do whatever you need to do. You take care of your master and I will take care of mind." Alexander said as he began to help bring out plates onto the table. He looked at one of the maids. "Please call on Samael and Aya. Samael should be in his office." Alexander Asked, the maid nodding and hurrying off.Meanwhile Samael rolled on his chair to the door, opening it as he greeted Aya. "Morning Aya. Did you sleep well?" Samael asked as he rolled back around the room. "The Queen responded my letter of explination. She was rather impressed. Very impressed, actually. She noted that it was better to...get rid a full plague, or something of that effect. The thing has been declared a terrible accident, I think." Samael said as he fixed the feathers on the hat. "Oh miss Valentine will be awestruck. I hear her wedding will be the talk of the community. Got to make sure her dress matches." Samael said cheerfully.
