Adventures of Mana is confirmed for an English release on iOS & Android, no Vita

Posted

Adventures of Mana, the full 3D remake of the original Mana game titled "Final Fantasy Adventure" in North America on Game Boy is officially going to be released in English on iOS & Android but not PlayStation Vita.

The lack of Vita version is absolutely stupid. Granted it was more than likely made with smartphones in mind then ported to the Vita, but still.

I'm less likely to buy a game on my phone than on the Vita. I would have supported a digital-only release on Vita, but clearly SE can't even be bothered with that.

Yes, it was made for iOS & Android first, the engine was even even developed for Rise of Mana.

Well I'm sure they considered localizing it for Vita but they wouldn't have seen a market for it. The Japan release is digital only. Haha.
