'Saved by Mickey' End Game Battle Report Question

Posted

Does it record me using 'saved by mickey' on battle report when I accidentally hit "I wont give up', then used mickey and let him die, then die again with Sora, then used 'I give up' then hit 'Continue'.

I am guessing not since I didn't exactly 'used' his help to actually kill the boss? and move on?

That's a tough one, I would like to say it doesn't but when you hit continue normally it does still maintain the playtime during the lost battle.

I was under the impression that if you fail (even with Mickey's help) it just resets the battle and anything that occurred after the start of it. Good question though.

i would think that as soon as you gain control of Mickey, the game chalks that up as "Being saved by Mickey," regardless if you actually used him or not. i guess it could reset if you lose the whole fight and start over though. i could be wrong. that's just what i would assume happens.

I actually asked this same question 3 years ago or so. If I remember right though, it doesn't record it as being save since I didn't finish off the boss with mickeys help. In anycase, I just want to confirm if what Im thinking is right. just wondering if someone had the same issue.
