Does anyone know exactly when those 30 minute event things (munny madness, for example) happen? Also, is the 4*-5* Evolve Medals thing a timed event? I ask because last weekend I didn't see the opportunity to do those quests ever, but clearly some people did since I have a few 6* "friends" on my help list for quests.

Ohh okay. That's so weird, cause neither I nor a friend of mine could see it last weekend. I hope it'll be fixed for this coming weekend, then!

It will happen basically at any one random log in. It won't always be your first one, but it'll show up eventually.

It doesn't always start immediately, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't start counting down until you first see it in the Special section.
