Signing in to KHUX after phone reset

Posted

So my friend has been playing the game with me and something happened with his phone where he needed to factory reset it. He did not howevery connect his account to facebook or anything. Is it possible for him to get his account back and if so how?

I'm afraid to say that there is no way to get his account back :/ I mean he could try to open the app and look if his account is still there, but in case it's not, there's nothing he can do. You have to be logged into facebook in order for it to be saved.

Sadly no of what I read from one of the announcements at the very start of Unchaned X being out.

You needed to sync your Facebook with your game data when logging in to Facbook, in order to keep your data in case of uninstalling or what your friend went through. But instead of going to "Tap Screen" when you re-install Unchaned X back on your phone, there was a button on the top right that says (I think) "Restore Sources"? You have to tap that button in order to get your game data back.

I'm so glad, Square Enix made up a feature like that! That's wonderful.

If their phone is an iPhone and they've backed it up recently, all the data stored in the backup will be there. I know from experience.
