So, I tried my hand at the third Magic proud quest so I could qualify for that new event medal. I got pwned. I seriously don't understand why Square/Disney would make such a hard event this early on in the game, and I doubt any normal player will be able to beat it.

 

That said, a normal player may not be able to beat it, but a HACKER might. My idea is that Square/Disney made this event to investigate every player that somehow passes a 3rd proud quest. By doing this, Square/Disney will be able to find hacking players and ban them. For those who actually completed the event legally (and I have no idea how the heck someone would), they'd be awarded their Timeless River Mickey medal.

You can still complete the event by legally spending jewels. I mean you probably need a lot, but it's possible.

I actually just beat the speed level 140. I used up 400 Jewels and the enemys took barely any damage. Im currently level 116 but yea it is very difficult so I hope the Timeless River Mickey is a good medal

I'm sorry to say, it's not. It's a fixed AOE medal, and not a good one at that.

I'ts not impossible, i did it using 200 jewels. I just want to collect the Mickeys, I don't care much about the status of the medal.(sorry for my english, if something is wrong) 

I've beaten speed one with 3 objective completed, without using continue ofcourse., i have 350 medals through jewels. Took me about at least 5 tries. It's doable. But square need you to spend some cash. That's really the idea lol.

I'm only level 70, I didn't know that other players have a way higher level.

Using Minnie(5), WAKKA(6), riku(6), MUSHU(6), and Diz (5) (not in that order) I was able to clear it using only 100 jewels. Minnie was the key as she was the only special I used. Also have the defense skill on her at level 10.

I cleared it without using any jewel with all 3 mickeys (I did the speed one). It's not impossible, you just have to play smart. You can paralyze all the enemies if you are lucky (if you don't just close the app and restart it so you won't waste AP). Wakka is also very useful
