So, I've tried searching on google for a location, with no luck, but what is the best way to get Goofy medals? I have one level six that I want to max out.

 

I know he's not the greatest, but for some reason I just am in love with this medal and want it to be the very best. So which missions tend to drop them? Thanks in advance!

They're pretty much anywhere in story quests, you just gotta get lucky that you get one.

 

Even though this is not confirmed, I believe more power attack medals spawn on the power exp and evolve quests than speed attack and magic attack. Just a personal belief, don't take my word for it.
