ok in kh2 donlad and goofy tell sora that the KING banished pete a long time ago but in bbs the QUEEN banishes him

I think...maybe, da queen banished him from the dream festival but not from the town, 4 da trouble he caused, and had da nerve 2 come back, and after da king heard about it, he banished pete permanently from their world...its a theory, but its all i can come up with

Yes in a cutscene, it is shown that Queen Minnie banishes him to the World of Darkness. It is not known why Donald and Goofy say that the King Mickey banishes him.

I was totally gonna bring this up! But yeah I don;t get it either. Maybe they thought it was the king, or maybe it was just translated wrong like a million other thing in the games

Maybe the king or queen unbanished him back. and when pete did something really bad, the king banished him.This is my theory

Maybe the Queen did it first, and when she told the King, he was okay with it. So, it could be a King and Queen thing.

Nomura has does alot of retcons. I predict that the canon excuse will be something along the lines of, Donald and Goofy heard that Pete got banished and as such assumed that it was Mickey that did so.

Actually, Nomura stated they said what they said in Kingdom Hearts 2 because they noticed that the towers shape or form can change, they still remembered going to the tower in the past. If they hadn't of they probably wouldn't have remembered Yen-Sid. I can quote the interview where he says it if you want.
