Posted June 8, 20169 yr Thanks to Yessie, I decided to upload some pictures of some baby Mourning Doves that were in our garage last week. I thought it was so cool that they chose our garage of all places to build their nest. But last year, some robins built a nest in there. Anyway, I hope people don't mind that I posted these! I just wanted to share these photos! And I hope the photos look alright and clear.

Yes, I heard that from the Humane Society near us a few years ago. My grandmother had a bird's nest in her back porch, and she didn't know what to do with them. So, we called them up, and they told us to leave them alone, or the mother will abandon them. So, yeah, leave baby animals in general alone, or the mother could leave them. And the birds left two weeks ago, so hopefully they're alright; the mortality rate for Mourning Doves is like 65%
