I know that title is kinda clickbatey (even for a thread title), but i wanted to ask you guys something. My dream in life is to become a comedian. The thing is i can't seem to find outlets for it. I've tried looking for open mics in my area to no avail, and i can talk to myself in the mirror when i'm home alone all i want, but its not gonna do me any good. So my question is two-fold. If i made a video of a stand up routine, would you guys watch it? All im looking for here is honest feedback that i cant seem find elsewhere. And if you guys would watch it, how should i do it? ive got a couple ideas, but since i want people to watch and respond honestly i dont want the video to come seem douchey. Anyways, thats what im asking. I'd appreciate some feedback on this stuff because i really want to get better at it. Thanks guys.

I'd be glad to watch, don't be afraid to offend people with your jokes and watch other great comedians to get an idea of how to do things.

I'd watch it. If you want to be a comedian go right ahead and pursue those dreams. Do what you need to do, we'll be here to support you. And if you ever feel like a failure, pull yourself together, tell yourself that you're fine and keep moving forward. Don't give up!
