In the region of Tamara, there is a group of shady people that saw everyone as inferior to them, and they wanted to spread their believed superiority around the region. They formed an alliance called Team Yami, whose goal is to find a way to use the power of Primal Pokémon to inflict fear into the people of the Tamara region until civilians submit to them. Seeing this, the Tamara League Champion, Jynn, creates an alliance of strong Pokémon Trainers called Team Valor, in hopes to rebel against Team Yami and drive them out of the region.

Rules

- All KH13 RP rules apply here.

 

- There should be NO legendary Pokémon in ANY character's party WHATSOEVER. We want to be fair to all the other players (this is the Pokémon equivalent to god modding).

 

- NO DIVINE ENTITIES! This is a Pokémon RP, so there is absolutely no reason for a god to be in this RP.

 

- It is not mandatory, but you are allowed play as a NON LEDGENDARY Pokémon like you would a human character, but you must create a character sheet. The Pokémon must either talk, or use telepathy, but that ability must come natural to that Pokémon. I would ask if you could please not play as a Pokémon that somebody else is RP'ing as, however you can have the same Pokémon in your party as an NPC. I will only allow five playable Pokémon. Once the quota is reached, all future requests to play as a Pokémon will be rejected.

 

- No controlling other people's characters without permission, including NPC Pokémon.

 

- I will allow romance, but please keep it PG-13.

 

- Mega Evolution is allowed, but do not abuse its power and claiming a one-shot (I have seen this in other Pokémon RP's, and I do not want that to happen).

 

- DO NOT DOMINATE THE PLOT! Nobody is superior to everyone else.

 

- Not so much a rule, but I would appreciate it if everyone would post at least once every week and a half so everyone can keep up with the story. If you don't think you can do this, please let me know, so we can figure out what to do with your character.

 

- I understand I'm a little late with this, but if you have lost interest in the RP and you're interacting with another player and they need to wait for you to make a post, please, Please, PLEASE let me know! If you don't, not only are you not participating in the RP, but you are also holding back someone who probably WANTS to participate. Bio: Utopia was hatched by Jynn's parents when Jynn himself was first born. Utopia and Jynn grew up together and developed a very strong bond. As he was growing up, he learned to speak English, and learned it at the same rate as Jynn did. When they first set out on their adventure, they overcame many challenges to get to the Tamara Pokémon League. Jynn and Utopia's strong bond proved too much for the Champion, and was quickly defeated. Now with the looming threat of Team Yami, Utopia and Jynn both run Team Valor. Utopia is a very strong and intelligent Lucario, and he has been known to train Jynn's Pokémon, and has gained vast knowledge about moves and types during Jynn's first adventure.

Bio: Kai was the first one out of his family to become a pokemon trainer & he was determined to be the best of the best. He wanted his younger brother Ray to follow in his footsteps to be the best so that one day they both could make the world a better place. Kai's journey took him far & wide with many battles along the way, Kai won all his 8 gym badges in record time & was feeling proud as were his pokemon. But when he lost against his first pokemon league member he could understand why, he felt he did everything right, Kai had type advantage, strong pokemon & even believed in his pokemon but still lost. Kai then felt he was missing something & decided he needed to be stronger no matter what the cost was, He wandered off to do some extremely tough training. Later on he joined a group, an alliance called Team Yami. Kai now believes he has obtained a new lvl of strength with his pokemon from his training & aims to show this to everyone & hopes to one day battle with his brother Ray to see how far his little brother has come with his pokemon. Kai wonders if Ray is strong enough to join him & become the best of the best brothers he always hoped for them to be.

Ya hit the nail on the head with Kai man haha but that not all, I plan on revealing more on why Kai chose team Yami within the RP too as I got a good little story for that & the thing Kai is missing is my greatest reveal yet, i think everyone will like it too haha

 

I've tried to be in so many pokemon RPs before but they always ended quickly because of random problems

So . . . much . . . d'awwness!  And hey to you as well, mate!  I was surprised to see you join a Pokemon roleplay, but then I remembered your unfathomable love for Vaporeons.  =P  I'm liking the cast of characters, perhaps most notably Kai and Quirinus.  I have a passion for rivals and villains, and can imagine quite the few run-ins and battles to see who is superior between Kai and Noirtier.  They're even the same age, so a lot of potential opens up.

Appearance:  Traditional colours, with dark grey steel-plated wings, a white-chromed head and body, maroon underfeathers, and talons that are sharper than sharp.  The only major difference is the change of eye colour, in that the whites or schlera of the eyes are blue rather than yellow.

Personality: Haughty, predatory, and discerning.

Bio: Gervais was found on an expedition near Blackthorn City alongside Falkner, a gym leader and a family friend of Noirtier's.  Once Noirtier was deemed worthy of being a trainer, Gervais was gifted to him and, after butting heads quite often initially, became a nearly inseparable comrade.  They connect well and harbour a friendship, despite their differences, and they can see weaknesses almost at the same time.

Name: Regulator the Houndoom

Team/Occupation: Team Yami

Appearance:  Traditional colours with a charcoal coat of fur; an orange secondary coat that reveals itself the most around the muzzle and underbelly; visible bones that gather along the back, ankles, and a prominent set of horns; piercing red eyes; and a lashing bifurcated tail.

Personality: Fierce, protective, and caring.

Bio:  Caught as a Houndour and raised with a strict but doting rule, Regulator looks up to Noirtier with deep-rooted love and respect.  It snarls and barks at people who advance too close to him, ever the protective watchdog, and enjoys spending quality alone time with him, especially when a Frisbee is involved.

VAPOREONAMI!  RUN FOR COVER OR BE CUTIFIED!  I've never had the chance to catch a vanilla Vaporeon, instead having to resort to Eevees and Water Stones, but I love each and every Eeveelution.  Out of the originals, Jolteon is my favourite because of extreme versatility (Electric, Bug, Normal, and Fighting in one awesome package), but Vaporeon was a marvelous contender because of the Water/Ice blend and Acid Armor.

 

As for why I love the Espeons, there is a long, long story about that.  My first Eevee from Pokemon Crystal changed into an Espeon at Level 15 and I freaked out at its slender beauty, gorgeous eyes in the artwork and sprite, and the split tails that I later realised was a trait for a nekomata or bakeneko.  Not only that, but Xsira (still my most commonly used Espeon name to date) proved herself the most useful Pokemon in my party, providing Psychic/Psybeam, Solarbeam, Sunny Day, and Morning Sun, the best skills I could find for her.  She aced the Elite Four at Level 60, trashed Red at Level 65 (I think), and earned her status as one of my greatest champions.  Beyond my original Xsira, Espeons have long been in my parties unless I was unable to get an Eevee, and if I ever had the chance to get any cat I want it would be an Espeon.

 

In response to the sprites, I agree with everyone else:  you are doing a bang-up job with those sprites, Madam Kitty, and please keep up the fantastic work.  James, Jynn, Elana, and Kai look especially awesome in my eyes.

I had a Glaceon in Sinnoh, and I just remember how hard it was for me to train my Eevee into a Glaceon in such a semi-high level area.

Which Ledgendary would you guys want visiting the Tamara Region first later in the RP? Kyogre or Groudon?

I don't know, I am really indecisive when it comes to these two legends. I think though that the whole Rain thing would be nice for my character. But I don't really know. So maybe Kyogre first and then we can wait for Groudon to be next.

I'd be for Kyogre as well.  Between excessive rain or excessive lack of rain, I'd opt for maximum hydration.

 

Ooh, Leafeons and Glaceons.  Leafeons are perhaps the best Eeveelution for aggressive players because of their high attack properties and Sword Dance.  Glaceon is my favourite out of the new ones because one can't go wrong with Ice types and they look pretty darn awesome, but Leafeon is a very close second.

 

Lastly, The Unversed, those are great reasons to love Vaporeons, and I love the moveset for your prime Vaporeon as well!  Scald is a phenomenal move that I loved when playing the third generation (Hoenn region) games.

Alright. Kyogre will be the first vi........... well, I'll let it be a surprise about what happens The reason I asked was because Primal Evolution will happen at some point of the RP.
