I have defeated Data Larxene At Lvl 1 using only the Kingdom Key keyblade. Gosh this fight is really scary on a lvl 1 run . I mean, I still find KH1 Sephiroth and Lingering Will fight WAY more scarier at lvl 1 but still, fighting Data Larxene at that lvl is still a tough challenge.

That was a pretty nice fight. The aerial Reflect at the end was sick. Also, the moment when she went around you near the beginning was kinda frightening for a second

Duuuude, that was badass!  You make these Level 1 fights look like kid stuff!

Yeah, she's pretty tough at lvl 1 lol. And yeah Genie summon is best summon .
