the cards say 358/2 days clear bonus, does this mean you have to watch all the 358/2 days cutscenes and "clear" the game before you can collect these?

The days clear means to clear days scenes (watch them all)

You don't need to clear Re: com to my understanding but as you get further in the game the cards will become easier to get
