One of them has a white watch face, and the other has a black watch face. They both a golden crown symbol on their face, and a black leather band.
These watches are also part of the D23 pre-order lottery, where they're available with only 30 copies each.

These watches are similar to the Kingdom Hearts watch by K.uno that released on October 28, 2017 on ZOZOTOWN Rendez-Vous as a part of the retailer's Disney Lifestyle Collection. The main differences between them is that the crown symbol on the previous watch was black rather than the golden color it is on the recent two watches, as well as the D23 logo on the recent watches. You can find out more about the first watch here.
The Kingdom Hearts III Sora (Second Form) Bring Arts figure will be available to purchase at D23 Expo Japan 2018 as well, and it's also a part of the D23 pre-order lottery with only 2,000 copies available. Check out more about that in the article here.
