nah, i'd take it as long as there wasn't some stupid months-long gap halfway through the season

for real. folks need to get off this "instant gratification" kick and learn to let people take time to make quality content like, why do you think we have backlogs?? if you're all out of shows this season, go to previous years and watch what you shelved then due to lack of time

you'd be in good company, a lot of people likely are the same. as for me, i wasn't hyper-focused on it or anything, but i just remembered it as a thing from earlier (back when i read this in the manga)

so they were already thinking and expressed that for the audience (like, it wasn't just fan speculation). but after establishing they were gonna investigate it, the whole thing kinda went unnoticed until now (which, to be fair, they kinda had a lot of other plot things going on in the meantime)

i mean, this was teased as far back as the first season. sure, they kinda dropped it early on (in terms of it being a focus), but it was very much there
