I'm not using Take Down though, the Gym Leader is, and it manages to knock out bulbasaur in one hit ever time

I've had it since day one, I just have a bad habit of starting the games over constantly

I think the only starter I never got from Wonder Trade was a Chespin. I recently restarted my game hoping that Pokemon Bank would come out on time and I could have more fun that way, but now I'm stuck

Bulbasaur knows Sleep Powder and Razor Leaf, so those do help. He's level 21, I just don't want him to evolve.

Bulbasaur would be just fine if Take Down didn't KO him in one hit, but Fennekin is pretty much doomed from the start. See, I'd have no problem at all if I could just get to Wonder Trade and trade until I got a stronger Pokemon or something that could stand a chance, but I can't get into the eshop to update my game. And everyone knows Fennekin is the best starter.

It'd really help if I could get a water stone now, but I can't get one until I move on in the game. But by then I won't need it

You know the server issues and delay of Pokemon Bank isn't their fault, right? Christmas brought a bunch of new users, along with the release of Pokemon Bank in Japan, and so many users trying to access the servers all at once caused them to crash. It happens with a lot of things, it's not Nintendo's fault, and they are working to fix it. Once their servers are more stable and they can be sure all the users trying to access Pokemon Bank won't cause another crash, I'm sure...

Pokemon Bank was delayed? Now how am I supposed to beat the rock type gym? All I have are my Fennekin, Bulbasaur, and the Eevee I'm trying to quickly evolve into a Sylveon Dx
