So for me off the Island it was 22 years. For you it was merely three." Kalina responded. They were heading to a safe place. But it was up to the other oceanic passengers. Her father was relieved of the duty as was anyone else who died there. Sawyer, Juliet, Locke, Richard, Jin, Claire, Rose, and Bernard were the people who were left behind while, Jack, Kate, Hurley, Aaron, Sun and Sayid left the Island. Kalina felt they would be returning soon and decided to welcome them. She opened a portal ad stepped back on the Island as it was reforming. ( just so you guys know the events taking place here in the Island is around Season 4 or 5 in LOST.)
