  1. Another question before I post-- by Elizabeth do you mean Elizabeth Everus-- Aya's mother whom does not own a journal but is just a very minor character??? Thankssss~
  2. For Aya, WHICH Black Haired boy lol. I know when you mention Librarian you're meaning Genesis?
  3. Thanks to one specific person at my college who thinks they can tell me how to live my life, drives me mad, tells me I'm never going to get a job, and generally lowers my self-esteem.
  4. "Me and my mother are seamstresses." Aya smiled, Veran beginning to lead her outside, bowing his head to Genesis. "I am just a butler," he commented, before exiting, he turned his head to Genesis. "We may see again, Genesis." gesturing to the other man's journal clenched in his hand before closing the door. "I will take you home Aya, it's too dark for a lady to be out here by herself." Veran escorted Aya outside, and down back to her house. "Have a nice night Veran!" Elizabeth Everus called to the servant as he began his way home. "You too, Lady Everus." He waved goodbye and would be back tomorrow afternoon. Despite working at such lovely places, Veran's home was not much. It was a small place in the town, nestled in a quiet corner. On the way home, Veran opened his journal. Stop by the lighthouse. Closing his journal with an audible shut, he passed by the lighthouse like he always did, not stopping, and heading home. He does not bend to the will of things so easily.
  5. Veran is skipping his journal entry, not because he forgot, just because he's an asshole. I just wanna know what happens if they skip it. HEHEHEHE
  6. With Veran's crimson eyes passing by Genesis's, he helped Aya pick up what she needed, and was about to head out before Aya, being the short person she was and insisting to hold her new fabric (despite Veran's advice) that almost towered over her, ran right into Genesis. "Ah! I'm terribly sorry!!" Aya exclaimed as she hit the man kind of head on, but it was her fault for not watching where she was going. Veran quickly picked up the few fabrics she had dropped and folded them neatly so she could actually see where she was going instead of having balled up fabric in her hand, which would not help anyone at all. "Please excuse my master sir, she can be quite clumsy." Veran bowed to Genesis. "Clumsy? Not a day in my life am I clumsy!" Aya tried standing up for herself. "I beg to differ, but you will not accept the truth of your many quirks," Veran said this a little low, and glanced down at the hand of Genesis, noting the journal. "Ah, I am aware of Aya's, but we are not the only two..." checking his breast pocket to assure himself his small journal was still there, he pulled his eyes away from the other man's journal. "Let me take you home Aya, and then I must be off."
  7. Mystic I am terribly sorry, my college has got me so caught up, I have been busy since Friday until about two hours ago. I will post as soon as humanly possible and honestly I don't know how I'm going to get anything done because Veran still hasn't gone to the damn lighthouse and Genesis is about to make friends and just AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH so I'm sorry to Shard and Mystic.
  8. I'm never on kh13 anymore due to college. Wow.
  9. I got my first ticket today...for parking in visitors parking...while I was a visitor...
  10. "Ahh...this is bad!" Elizabeth Everus suddenly called out, Aya rushing to her mother's side. "What's wrong?" She asked, looking into the crate her mother was looking in. "I was sure we had more of this fabric but we are completely out!" Elizabeth sighed. "Call Veran and maybe you and him can run out and grab some. You know what kind it is." she pat her daughter on her head. "Yes ma'am." Aya grabbed her journal up from the desk in the office and ran outside the door. "Veran!" The butler was right around the corner when Aya called for him. "My mother ran out of some satin she needs. Is that okay if we go get it?" Aya asked. "That is no problem." And in just a little bit, Aya and Veran were out, in the streets and headed towards the fabric store. "Veran, is it okay if we also maybe stop by a library before I head back home?" Aya asked kindly. Veran had already made dinner and his shift would be over as soon as they arrived back at the house...meaning Veran would escort Aya home, and then leave to the Lighthouse. "That is fine, my lady." He bowed slightly to her. "It's just Aya! You know that~!" She teased, sticking her tongue out at the servant and entering the fabric shop. (CATCH THEM MYSTIC CATCH THEM)
  11. Sorry~ I'll have to post tonight. I've had a long, crazy past couple of days...
  12. I look so mentally and physically beat up what has happened to me.
  13. Later that afternoon, Veran left the Averitt family's household and arrived at the Everus's household not much later. His knock on the door was interrupted by Alexander Everus opening it for him. The Everus family was an exceptionally close-knit family and were honorable and polite people. Through his bitter self, even Veran could not bear to be rude to them. He has been a servant for the family for...well for as long as he can remember, at least. He was drawn to them. "Mr. Sterben, please enter." Alexander smiled, letting the younger man in. "The Averitt's didn't cause you much trouble today?" he asked, closing the door behind the servant. "No sir, thank you." He had to maintain a polite attitude with the Everus's. "Aya and Elizabeth are in the office-- it's probably a mess in there, they have been working on clothing all day." Alexander gestured to his right. "I'll get to it when they are completed." Veran bowed slightly and began to work...but was shortly interrupted several minutes later. "Veran!" Aya's voice called out to him, peeking her head out the door to the office, inside it was clearly a mess of fabrics. "Good Afternoon, Lady Aya." he smiled at the young woman. "It's just Aya." she returned a smile. "Make something good to eat for me tonight." Sticking out her tongue to the bulter, she faded back into the office. Elizabeth laughed lightly at her daughter's actions. "He makes the best meals, you know that." she patted her daughter on the head. "I know~" And with that, they all got to work.
  14. Veran Veran Sterben was always awake early. Sometimes he couldn't sleep-- like he had no desire to. He never dreamed...it was just darkness. Being a servant for two households was not as easy as it sounded. He worked for the Everus family, and the Averitt family. Out the door before the sun rose, he would head to the Averitt family's house first...daring to bring the journal along the way. "Stop by the lighthouse, hm?" he muttered to himself, slamming the book shut in his hands. "That will have to wait." And with a knock at the Averitt families door, he was allowed in by another servant and began his day. Aya Aya's eyes blinked open, the sunlight leaking through her window and she yawned and sat up, stretching out her arms. "Good Morning Aya." Her mother, Elizabeth Everus came into her daughter's room. Usually, a woman around Aya's age would still not be living with her parents...but Aya had been lucky because she has been working with her mother. "I have to get that suit done today for Mr. McClennan...he should be here this afternoon to pick it up..." Aya yawned again, sitting up and getting out of bed, opening up her Journal as her mother closed the door to let Aya get ready for today. "Do not lie." "I'll try..."
