Why not give pluto a keyblade ,seems like everyone is getting one and not as special what a keyblade is

Mickey, riku , kiari ,sora, lea ,aqua and ven . I think sora somehow gives ven back his heart or somehow vens heart goes into roxas ( only speculating) creating then7th then sora looses his ability but gains it cause he earns it somehow. Sound good at all
