    At the very top of the page, there should be a black bar, and your username should be at the top right corner. Click on it, and a drop down box will appear with a bunch of different options. Choose "My Settings". On the settings page, the first option available is "Change my photo". Select it, either upload a pic or enter the url from one on the internet, crop it as desired, then click "Done". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes". Then...
