I love it! It makes him sound like a snarky arrogant dick which is amusing since he's described as very clumsy yet very protective lol :'D and i knew a few dudes in highschool who had deep ass voices like damn 40 year olds, so age can't justify the voice or voice pitch you have. It's an interesting take on his persona, arrogant, dickish, mature, and yet is clumsy as shit, very protective, and is friends with Prompto who is just as clumsy yet total opposite of him but is still protective over him because he's the youngest and shortest of the group. They said they're going to make it lighter but I think they said they're keeping the actor because they like the arrogance and assholery he gives Noctis.

Nah it's all good! x3 And that could be it! I was always curious since with Terra and the whole seeing Riku as Xehanort on the insland scene, then when Riku said he would take the middle road of twilight and then controlling both light and darkness in battle sort of like what Xemnas did.So I was like "HMMMMM!!" lol! love your idea of the symbolism though, it certainly would make sense!

Is it just me or does anyone else believe that Riku is somehow connected to Xehanort/Ansem,ect?
