Thanks to @Square_Portal on Twitter, we've got an image of a banner in the Los Angeles Convention Center featuring new Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue artwork. You can find an image of the banner below. This banner depicts what appears to be the same Aqua render used in the Mystery Medal Campaign that took place recently in the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ as well as renders of Sora and Riku in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, the Foretellers in Kingdom Hearts Back Cover χ, and King Mickey. The background also appears to be a reference to an item featured in the background of the Kingdom Hearts III trailer shown at E3 2015 shown during the chess game and conversation between Eraqus and Xehanort as young men. A few days before the start of E3, the official Square Enix blog has listed the Square Enix Presents line-up for all of the live streams that will take place during the duration of E3. A live stream dedicated to discussing Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue with Co-Director Tai Yasue will take place on Wednesday, June 15th at 4:00 PM PDT and will last until 4:30 PM PDT. All live streams will be featured on the official Square Enix Presents Youtube and Twitch accounts. Leading up to E3, a brand new Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue trailer premiered at 21:00 JST on June 8th, featuring entirely new footage surrounding Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep 0.2 -A Fragmentary Passage-, and Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover. On June 7th, the official Japanese Twitter account for Kingdom Hearts notified fans that a new E3 2016 trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue would release on June 8th at 21:00 JST (5:00am PDT, 8:00am EST). The trailer did in fact release, and you can view it below. The trailer confirms the return of Willa Holland as Aqua's voice, and points to the game being in the stages of having voice acting done. In fact, it features English voices for the Foretellers, Ephemera, and the mysterious figure in the Organization XIII coat. Some gameplay features are also making a comeback, including treasure chests (as pointed out by KH13 community member Keyblade master 26) emphasized in the picture below, and Aqua's characteristic Spellweaver command style. The end of the trailer also reveals that the release date of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will be worldwide in December of 2016! The trailer also promises Kingdom Hearts III announcements to come in winter of 2016. As of June 2nd, 2016, 25 new story quests have been added to the North American version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ! These new story quests focus on the main tournament starting in the Olympus Coliseum and introduce Cloud to the Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ story line. Along with the story update, the Olympia Keyblade's level cap has been raised. Between Japan and North America, Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ has reached 4 million downloads! To celebrate, the Japanese version of the game will be celebrating in several ways. First off, all players who log in between 4:00 JST on May 27th, 2016 until 3:59 JST June 6th, 2016 will receive 3,000 jewels in their gift box. There will also be a luxury gift quest daily, where players will have the chance to earn rare rewards like Broom Medals and Skip Tickets; these quests will last from 0:00 JST on May 27th, 2016 until 23:59 JST on June 5th, 2016. Another bonus will be that all main story quests, coliseum quests, and Raid Boss battles will only cost 1 AP. There will also be campaigns that will provide Guilt bonuses as well as more 1.5 times more experience when synthesizing medals. These campaigns will last from 0:00 JST on May 27th, 2016 until 23:59 JST on June 5th, 2016 as well.

New medal deals will be available in the NA version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ starting at 12:00 AM PT on May 20th and be around until 11:59 PM PT on May 26th. These medal deals center around Donald, Sora, and Cloud with a focus on Magic, Speed, and Power medals respectively. Each pack includes 10 medals specific to the type you choose and includes one bonus medal. The Cloud Power Pack comes with the KH Cloud medal, Sora's Speed Pack comes with the Master Form Sora medal, and Donald's Magic Pack comes with the Donald Ver. B medal.

On May 19th, 25 new story quests will be added to the NA version of KHUX. These new quests will conclude the storyline in Dwarf Woodlands. After completing these 25 quests, you will also earn another Orichalcum! This post has been promoted to an article

Gamespot has posted an article announcing that the Sony press conference at E3 2016 will be held on Monday, June 13th at 6 PM PT. The invitation sent out announced the date and time as well as the location, which will be the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles, a few minutes away from the Los Angeles Convention Center where E3 will be held. The report is that they're only going to stop SELF-publishing games, not that they won't provide a team effort with other companies because otherwise Disney Interactive literally wouldn't have a role anymore and thus would have announced that it was shutting down too.

Guys, no, it's fine I promise. I would have reported on it if there was any sort of issue. Disney Interactive is not closing it's doors, however the studio that produced Disney Infinity did. Disney Infinity was pretty much one of the only games that was developed ONLY by Disney. Most of their games are co-published with other companies. Disney Interactive is the entity tied to Kingdom Hearts and nothing is happening to it. Regardless of that, Square Enix is the publisher of Kingdom Hearts.

Due to the feedback of players, a notice has been posted addressing the fact that players have noticed the stats of the Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde Medals included in the Avatar Boards very between the Japanese and North American versions of the game. The notice went on to explain that they had rebalanced the Medals to better fit the current state of the North American version of the game but due to the confusion, all players who purchased the Zootpia Avatar Board will be sent 300 Jewels. In addition, the Chip and Dale boards displayed in the Zootopia Avatar Board are 6★ while the actual medals distributed are 5★. In order to compensate for this, all players who purchased the Avatar Board will also be sent 1 Chip 6★ Medal and 1 Dale 6★ Medal.
