Igor was present in the trailers of Persona 5 as well, when the protagonist was shown to be in a type of jail. However, neither Elizabeth nor Margaret are found in these trailers. Not even Theodore. So Igor isn't going to be going anywhere, and there will most likely be a new voice actor.
