If you're referring to Wreck-It Ralph's licensed properties cameos, they're just cameos. Not important to the game's story at all. You just limit the world to the station, Fix-It Felix, Heroes Duty and Sugar Rush. I wouldn't mind seeing Neverland return though. Would be nice for Sora and Kairi to go together.

It's imperative to play Dream Drop Distance before KH3. You can't skip that one. Chain isn't nearly as imperative to play but I'd recommend watching the cutscenes if you can't stand the gameplay.

The reason why you play KH2 before Days is Roxas. The opening of KH2 clearly wanted to establish Roxas as a mystery character and that's lost if you watch in the context of seeing 358/2 Days first. Days relies on knowledge of KH2 to further develop the characters and it makes the ending more effective and sad when you know what ends up happening to Roxas. On a side note, I cringe when people recommend a newbie play the games in chronological order (cringe). Release order, end of discussion.
