Well he is the black sheep of the three isn't he? In terms of favorability of the different film series at least I just realize the irony of calling him a black sheep considering the context of the joke

I think you're overestimating how many cared for that part of KHUX Yea, I don't think it'll just be cutscenes It's still so new and still on the same platform I'm not sure I follow. Wasn't that exactly what Limen suggested? Minus MoM being just cutscenes.

Eh, for most of its lifespan it was still just single player game with gacha mechanics Only for a brief period before it shut down did they add some form for actual multiplayer feature.

With an mmo game you'll eventually just run into the same issue with the fact that it can't stay online forever It doesn't matter which platform it's on. Or... it matters, but... But some of the problems would carry over

Yep It's as I said, I think a remake will just get the 0.2 treatment, but that should hopefully still suffice in order to get the plot elements needed for future full games.

Also, keep in mind that it doesn't have to be a full 18-hour experience. If you strip most of the Disney padding and all the running back and forth between repetitive objectives. I'm sure you can press it all into two 3 - 4 hour games. Or maybe even less. Kinda 0.2 style. UX, then Dark Road I'm not as sure that's how they'll do it. But I'm not ruling it out. Also, as soon as Dark Road ends, there will be no more updates to the KHUX mobile game at all. The app will just be left as an offline version and fade into obscurity. And I doubt they're going to spend time and resources maintaining the app to work with future versions of iOS and Android when they can no longer monetize it. That's also possible. I'm sure you can press it all into two 3 - 4 hour games. Or maybe even less. Kinda 0.2 style. That is, assuming they don't just go the cutscene route Well... They could either incorporate the events from that into a new game, at least the ones that overlap with the game's plot like the Ephemer and Ava conversation. Or... They could leave it as is because it's sort of irrelevant to most the mobile game's plot It's more like a behind-the-scenes thing Hence why it's named Back cover "Whatever happened between the Foretellers while all the kids were out playing with Disney characters? You need not worry, for here's an hour long cutscene to sort of explain it!" We're already way past people being confused at the structure of the KH games Better just roll with it at this point

Why doesn't it seem likely? They shut down the KHUX servers essentially just leaving the shell for people to still be able to keep up with the story until there's another way to do it. Why doesn't it seem likely? They shut down the KHUX servers essentially just leaving the shell for people to still be able to keep up with the story until there's another way to do it. It's easy to say that it's already available to us, because we're hardcore fans. Most casual gamers have no clue that UX is a thing. And they will have even less of a clue now that it's basically discontinued on mobile. No no no, that's not what I meant They're going to finish Dark Road on mobile. But I think it's likely we'll get an announcement for a remake around the same time. Yes Just like with Re:CoM Same

I haven't beaten Lingering Will yet. I'm not even gonna try Yozora Because I don't hate myself I've watched the two alternate cutscenes on Youtube, that'll suffice.

Kingdom Hearts actor kicks off 20th anniversary with an adorable puppet show
The title does not make it seem like that. The Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary is as much a community celebration as it is an official marking since the release of the first game. So saying someone "kicks off (insert event) by doing x" does not in any way imply it being official. I appreciate the feedback, but I disagree.

Kingdom Hearts actor kicks off 20th anniversary with an adorable puppet show
An unexpected but welcome surprise struck Kingdom Hearts fans' timeline yesterday as voice actor Erika Harlacher released a short musical puppet show based on our favourite video game franchise Kingdom Hearts. The Disney x Square Enix collaboration is no stranger to adaptations outside the video game world with it being adapted into novels, a Manga series, and at one point it was almost made into a cartoon series. Now, although not official, it has been adapted into a musical puppet show. Who could see that one coming? The short was created by longtime voice actor Erika Harlacher. Harlacher is most known for voicing Ann in Persona 5. But she has also provided her voice to well over a hundred different projects, including additional voices in several Square Enix titles like Final Fantasy VII Remake, NEO: The World Ends with You, and of course Kingdom Hearts III. The short, titled Puppet Kingdom: Musical Hearts was published on both Youtube and Twitter, and retells the first chapter of the original Kingdom Hearts game where Sora first meets Donald and Goofy in Traverse Town. The song is titled The Trio Song, and according to Harlacher she has 5 more songs already written that she may publish later assuming Disney lawyers don't put a stop to it first. Harlacher, who herself is an avid fan of the Kingdom Hearts series, states that she's been on and off working on this project for a year and a half. With the project being so well made, it has received praise from other known members of the community and fellow voice actors. Including a shoutout from Goofy's official voice actor for 30+ years, Bill Farmer. If you're a fan of Kingdom Hearts, or just appreciate great puppet artistry, we urge you to check out the project! With enough support, maybe we'll see more of it!

> Although that's not what the article itself is addressing. Just what can be done with the technology if implemented correctly. Read what I said You and me both. Unfortunately we're still not able to predict the future. But, I guess my main point is that people should at the very least be more neutral to this rather than automatically going "NFTs bad". That doesn't mean they have to jump up and celebrate it either. People are allowed to just sit by and watch what happens.

Yea, exactly. The environmental aspect of blockchain certainly hasn't helped either. But some Blockchains (Ethereum) are working hard to try and change this. Indeed. 10 years from now the entire thing will either have faded into obscurity and become one of those "Y'all remember when..." stories... ...or wide-scale adoption will have happened and the initial sceptics will be sitting there never admitting that they used to speak up against it. The latter is what happened with what we all now know as "The Internet". Back the the early 90's the internet was just a fad that that people were eventually going to forget about. ...or so they said.

Furthermore, from actually reading the article. Which I'm sure is more than most people have done. They're actually addressing all these concerns about NFTs rather controversial upbringing. So at least they're aware of what they're doing. That is what I'm talking about yes. Although that's not what the article itself is addressing. Just what can be done with the technology if implemented correctly. It's still in its infancy, so that obviously won't be possible already tomorrow. But the way people are viewing Blockchain and NFT technology, any advancement is going to be met by controversy and memes about ugly monkey pics. Which is extremely unfortunate.

You guys do realize that they're talking about using Blockchain technology as a database of which to store ownership of 'digital goods' right? i.e., copies of game licenses. It's not all overpriced and overhyped bullshit. This means two things; 1. Game publishers, big and small, might be able to bypass traditional game storefronts like Steam and Epic Games store and sell a digital copy of the game to you directly. 2. It will allow you, the customer to sell your copy secondhand to another person like we used to do with physical games. This is all quite literally the opposite of what people are complaining about. People have now gotten this warped view of Blockchain and NFTs because a handful of people have abused it for personal gain. So no, @Daz_4th, their most popular game is not the antithesis to this. It's actually the opposite.
