^ The medal that does one hit is doing all the damage at once while the 3 hit medal is spreading it across the 3 hits.

I'm terrible at explanations, but if you look at the multipliers on the medals, you'll see which are higher. If they have more than one, the higher one is conditional (for example it has to be in a certain slot to get a higher multiplier). Finally, no more sitting on money or having good but unusable medals because they have no traitsI still need to get some skills for them though.
