When revealing a game, consider the following guidelines: If the game is set to release in the same year as the reveal trailer, clearly communicate this. If the release is scheduled for a specific date after the reveal trailer, such as the following year, provide that information upfront. If the release is not planned for the same year or the year immediately following the reveal, ensure that you keep the fanbase informed with regular updates to maintain their engagement and anticipation.
