Kh1 Ultima is by far imo the hardest Ultima weapon to get. I'm pretty sure it's the only one I never got when playing through the games

Though people will say that Chrological is their prefered option (KH1, CoM, then 2, then 358), but that's up to personal preference

I would say that you should just start with Chain of Memories, it starts directly after KH1 and ties into 358/2 Days and 2 more nicely when you have the context of CoM. If you're worried about 100%, I'd say clear both Sora's and Riku's playthroughs, get all that you can, then watch 358/2, then come back to grab the Days cards. Then you should be equiped to start KH2
