Release order is certainly the way to go, I am just a bit tired about people who argue that absolutely eveey game is essential when in reality they're usually small nods and one-off references /rant

Although kh3 includes plot details from each game, it isn't a necessity to know everything that's going on Yeah the one exception is that UX is very topical And BBS if you care about TVA

Regarding play order, the way I've seen the games is that each "spin-off" is meant to supplement the "main" games. Want to know more about roxas? You play days. Want to know about Mickey's secret letter? Go play re:coded.
