It does seem like you can parachute into places like Mideel and Wutai

you can jump right into areas of wutai

But crisis core also has its own designs of the places so its hard to reuse those

wasnt sector 6 explorable/an area in crisis core briefly? maybe that can be added and expanded on

haven't watched latest videos but i dont think we can parachute in cities

I am guessing sector 7 and 5 slums will revisitable, but I am curious what else they will make so you can explore midgard
