    The Pre Urban Emperors have plan to build Solar Panel on their houses, windmills, and build a huge house with 3 floors. 
    The former Urban Emperors have solar panels, windmills, and huge house like mansions with renting reasons. They build solar panel and windmills for getting less problems about electric bills and have huge water tanks that they will have less water bills problems.
