you have to beat trail 30 in the arena.

You have to do mirage arena event Villain's Vendetta and if I believe so your rank must be 30.

oi my arena levels stuck at 14 im never going to get it

Are you doing the command board and rumble racing too? Cuase you can only get so far just doing battle missions.

Yea u gotta do all of it haha. My ven is lvl 19....i cant win neverland board and i got 2 race tracks

Helps if you buy up tons of magic commands and spam Triple Dice whenever you can

You have to defeat the "Villains Vendetta" campaign in the Mirage Arena. You have to be at the Arena Level of 30, which is only accessible if you have 9,999 medals.

Do NOT waste your medals in the Mirage Arena store. Nothing there is helpful whatsoever. It just rips you off...
