Sequel just sequel. No prequel first one ended on a cliffhanger, people had 13 years the time to play sequel please

Even though i love the original but with Ubisoft these days we all know it's going to be full of bugs and have micro transactions/millions of DLC, so i can't even be hyped about it

Of course it's gonna be an NX exclusive. Ubisoft isn't going to fund a sequel to a financial bomb now are they? It's clearly obvious that there's a Bayonetta situation that's just happened here. Ninty gave Ubi some good hard cash and requested this sequel to be funded as an NX exclusive.

Well then, consider this, why haven't Ubisoft announced the platform that the new game will be on? Every game revealed to date announces the platform that it will release on before the release date.

 

Plus, what's the problem of console exclusives anyway? especially on a Nintendo console? If you can't afford the console you can still see play-throughs of the game.

You have a good point and I agree with you about the mystery around the plataform but the game didn't had a proper announcement yet. They just shared pics on the social media... 

 

I believe the game is too awesome to be a NX only but it isn't too awesome to encourage me to buy a brand new console to play it. Ubisoft wants money and release a strong game to a console that is coming kinda late doesn't seem to be a very clever move.

The Nintendo NX is still scheduled for a March release until Nintendo says otherwise. Yes, Ubisoft wants money, however, they can make that money with Rayman and Assassin's Creed. A Financial Bomb like Beyond Good and Evil is the last thing that Ubisoft would want to fund. It's Nintendo that's going to make a profit out of the game because they're the reason the sequel has funding in the first place (hypothetically speaking, if it is indeed an NX exclusive) to promote the NX to western markets.

Only reason this game finally got announced is because a huge possibility of them being being taken over by Vivendi.If it doesn't get cancelled by their takeover you still won't be seeing this game anytime soon.
