And Monstro isn't a new world, it just appears in the Mirage Arena.

Ehh, not freaking out too much over the Jungle Book thing Loved the movie when I was a kid, but, meh, it's too much like Tarzan's world, I think.

No, KH games are made so that no two worlds are alike. Neverland is somewhat jungle like already so adding the Jungle Book world would feel repetitive.
