~Johnny and Garland, Melmond~

Johnny's feet sank more into the swamp as he tried to block another blow from the man before him. Like all the rest of the attacks, Johnny could only hope he'd hold out long enough to deal back some of the damage.
Unfortunately, he would not.
Johnny's legs gave out and he collapsed into the mud.
A bellow of laughter came from above him. The giant was taunting him.
"Is this all Cosmos has to throw at me?" the armored man said to his foe.
Johnny tried to stand back up, recalling the events that had led to this.

A mere hour earlier, Johnny and his fellow warriors had been summoned by Cosmos to fight the forces of Chaos. Soon after, they had been challenged by an unknown assailant to the town of Melmond. Upon arrival, they had been attacked by two warriors; one wearing a black coat and the other being the armored giant who had been battering Johnny for the past few minutes.

Johnny found his footing and tried to attack the giant, but to no avail. The sword swing from Excalibur did nothing more than irritate the giant.
The giant retorted, "I have had enough of this." He then backhanded Johnny with his free hand, and Johnny passed out.

Garland stood over his defeated assailant. This would be enough. Not the target he wanted, but enough to draw that one out further.
Garland lifted the fallen warrior over his shoulder and called out to the others currently engaged in the frenzied battle, "Behold! One of your own has fallen! Let us see how brave you are to try and rescue him!"
With that, the two vanished in a puff of darkness.

~Terra. Old Chaos Shrine~

Terra had decided that taking a seat would be easier while waiting it out at the Chaos Shrine. Most of the other warriors of Chaos had left, but others had still straggled behind, like Xion, who had joined him.
Terra had no interest in pursuing strangers to fight. This had nothing to do with him, why waste his breath?
That was when something happened.
Garland, the armored brute that had given them the order to fight, had returned, and he carried a stranger with him.
Garland bellowed to those who remained in the hall, "Look upon the first fruits of battle! I have defeated and captured one of Cosmos' own!" Garland's gaze now moved around the room, "Who would have the first honor of taking out our enemy?"
Terra's throat began to run dry. He knew exactly who Garland wanted to take out the enemy warrior.
This was no execution. This was a test of loyalty.

~Tay and Zack, Melmond~

The fairy decided that then was the time to come back out.
"Mhmm!" she said, hovering between Nami and Xion. "I sure picked good, didn't I?" Tay then turned to Nami, "She's definitely on our side, especially now. She knew the risks of doing what she did..." Tay then turned to Xion, "...and I'm very happy she did."

Zack scoffed at the warrior of Chaos as he left, "Ugh. Can you believe these guys? No honor on the battlefield or anything." He turned to his fellow warrior with the key weapon, "I don't believe we were properly introduced." He held his hand out to her as he returned his sword to his back, "My name's Zack. Zack Fair."

~Terra and Johnny, North of Cornelia Plains~

"Huh," Terra said as they finished approaching the place where they had first appeared. "Well, you've got your darkness a lot better in hand than I did." Terra looked around, wondering where the portal was to take them back, "Now how did Garland expect us to get back without some help?"

Johnny had ran rather far from Melmond, and in the distance, he saw two figures he had seen before.
When was that...?
He took a silent gasp.
They're with Chaos.
The memories from when the crown was active lingered in his mind, but Johnny had difficulty interpreting them. Now, he had to try and use them to his advantage.
Johnny approached and Terra spotted him, but immediately, Terra noticed something missing.
"Where's your target? And where's Xion?" Terra asked.
Johnny's head darted to the ground.
The crown was active again.
His head rose and his voice went cold, "Xion has turned traitor. She attacked me and let our target escape."
Terra looked to Xing. This was not going to end well.

~Chaos, Chaos' Throne at the Edge of Madness~

"Why, Hades, you speak as if Garland holds power over me," Chaos said, turning to address the God of the Underworld before turning back to the daughter. "And you...you will learn to show some respect for the one who has bound your father to him. You will join me like the warrior of Cosmos, either willingly or forcefully."

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

Cosmos sensed the powerful presence enter Sanctuary. It was not hers.
Cosmos telepathically called out to the presence, "Hello there. Who are you?"

~Xion, Nami and Aqua~

 

~Melmond~

 

Xion nods as she shook his hand. Nami smiles at them. "And I'm Nami. Pleased to meet you." She said. Aqua goes to her team, thinking about Terra. She looks down as her Keyblade disappeared. "Terra.... are you really.... here?" She whispered herself. Nami looks at Aqua and noticed something bothering her. "Aqua, what's wrong?" She asked. Aqua looks at them and shook her head. "It's nothing."

 

~Xing~

 

~North of Cornelia Plains~

 

Xing was shocked after what happened to Johnny, Xion and the target. He looks at Terra and sighs. "I wonder what makes Xion change her mind?" He asked.

-Shiro, Sanctuary-

Blinked nobody was near him so it was telepathy... 'Who's asking?' He responded back mentally in a casual tone as he looked around. 'Are you the presence I felt when I was teleported here?' He said walking slowly.

~Elsa, Lisa, and Hannah, Sanctuary~

 

Elsa started to feel the presence come near and turned her head to see a figure in the distance. It looked like a boy. "Who's that?" Elsa said to herself quietly, keeping her eyes on him. Hannah noticed that Elsa was looking somewhere and saw the boy as well. He had stopped walking and seemed to be... Communicating with someone? Most likely Cosmos, since Hannah had been with her long enough to see her powers. Lisa, however, continued to play with Zaruka.

~Sabrina~

 

~Sanctuary~

 

Sabrina noticed that Elsa was looking somewhere. She looks where Elsa was looking and saw a boy. Sabrina was about to get her wand, just in case if the boy gets anything funny ideas. She looks at Hannah and decided to ask her. "Who is he? Is he on the good side?" Zaruka continued to play with Lisa as she summoned bubbles while sneezing. She then squeals excitedly as she trying to get the bubbles.

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

Cosmos continued to telepathically speak to the stranger, "I would believe so. None other here can claim themselves as a god. I am Cosmos, Goddess of Harmony. I hope you are not here to cause any trouble?"

~Zack, Melmond~

Zack smiled at Xion and Nami, "Always great to know who's on your side." Zack then looked to Aqua, "You're worried about your friend Terra, aren't you?"

~Terra and Johnny, north of Cornelia Plains~

"I don't know," Terra shook his head. "I didn't know her well enough to be able to tell."
With that, a dark portal opened and Johnny began to step through.
"We should report to Garland," Johnny said. "He will not be pleased."

~Aqua~

 

~Melmond~

 

Aqua looks at him and nodded. "Yes... hopefully it isn't true about what that boy said about Terra." She said as she gets her Wayfinder out of her pocket and stares at it.

 

~Xing~

 

~North of Cornelia Plains~

 

Xing nodded and takes a deep breath. "Ohh boy. Here we go." He said. He goes to the portal. During that, Xing begin to wonder about Xion and Melmond, crossing his arms while walking. (soo, what really did happened back there? I know he said Xion betrayed us, but I wanna know her side of the story. Plus, I don't blame her for betrayal.) he thought.

The warrior turned to zack. "I admire your spirit Zack. Indeed chaos' cronies have no honor. I'm afraid I have no name to speak of for i appeared in this realm not long ago."

 

Anna and Hades edge of madness.

 

Anna scoffs. "Why should I respect someone who doesnt respect me. And im no mortal like your other warriors. Im not like that cosmos warrior. My powers far exceed his.

-Shiro, Sanctuary- 

He gave a side glance towards the girls as he passed them going to lean up against the nearby wall as he continued to telepathically speak with Cosmos 'Cosmos...Huh, that does explain the guys who attacked me. I'm not here to cause trouble I'm just wondering where I am and why I am here?' He asked 'I was somewhere else that wasn't this place before hand though I'm not exactly unfamiliar of being brought to odd places' Heavenly Host was a great example of that he thought to himself. 'Those guys that attacked me before I got here were trying to bring me to some 'Chaos' what exactly is going on here?' He finally asked.

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

With that, Cosmos stood up and began walking towards the man.
Cosmos now chose to speak, "Then we have another interesting situation. You have found yourself on a battlefield between myself and Chaos. We have each summoned warriors to fight in our steed, but it appears that you are just like Elsa and Lisa here." Cosmos motioned over to the mother and child nearby. "You were not summoned by either side. And those warriors you encountered...another pressing matter. They wanted to take you to Chaos? Do you know why?"

~Zack, Melmond~

Zack smiled, "So...we were headed to Cosmos, then? If anyone's got other plans, I'd like to hear them."


~Garland, Terra, Johnny and Mateus, Old Chaos Shrine~

"WHAT?!?" Garland's voice bellowed throughout the hall. He angrily paced around the room, trying not to attack either of the three. "None of you were able to succeed? How?"
Terra calmly replied, his story in straight order, "Simple. Our target was able to absorb our most powerful attacks. We had no idea that our guy was able to use the darkness."
Garland's fury grew, "Then why not use something else?"
"Because what we threw at him made him madder at us!" Terra began to get angry. "All things considered, you should be glad we were even able to come back."
Garland then turned his attention to Johnny, "And what about you, boy? What is your excuse?"
Johnny's eyes were glued to the ground, "Xion turned traitor and ruined the element of surprise. I would have been able to take Elsa, but the other warriors overwhelmed me."
Mateus stepped in, "Indeed. The damage that the crown received did not do you any favors. In fact, I noted that our ability to track you was disabled for a moment."
Johnny's eyes remained focused on the ground, "That is all they managed to do."
"Then you are still loyal?" Garland said, approaching Johnny.
"Yes. To my dying breath, I will fight for Chaos," Johnny said, now moving his head to meet Garland's gaze.
"All in all, Garland, he did quite well for a field test," Mateus said. "And the crown is still functional."
"Hmph. I have no care for your toys, Mateus," Garland replied, heading for the doors. "I will report to Chaos and return with further orders for you three."
Terra sighed and looked to Xing, "See? Nothing to worry about."

~Chaos and Garland, Chaos' Throne at the Edge of Madness~

Chaos was fed up with this girl. Chaos lunged from his throne and grabbed her off the ground, holding her by the neck.
"Insolent fool!" Chaos' voice boomed. "Few I have summoned respect me! They serve me by fear! Your powers are nothing compared to mine!" Chaos turned slightly and now held the girl over the edge of the throne area. "Let me remind you that you were not summoned by me or Cosmos. You are not bound to us. We will not bring you back if you die. Should you die, you will remain dead."
It was then that Garland had ascended the steps, "My lord, three of our warriors have returned. The one called Xion has turned traitor and we have not captured any of the unsummoned ones."
Chaos smiled and looked back to Anna, "It seems you now have a choice, my dear." Chaos brought up his other hand and conjured a facsimile of Xion, "Bring me this girl and your life shall be spared. Fail to do so, and you shall regret it for what shall remain of your life." With that, he tossed the girl aside nearby her father and Chaos returned to his throne.

~Nami, Aqua and Xion~

 

~Melmond~

 

Nami shook her head and smiles. "No idea. So I guess we'll go to Cosmos." She replied. Aqua looks at him and nods. "Yeah. I hope Elsa's there too. She must be pretty upset right now after what happened to Johnny." Nami looks at Xion as she goes to her and grabbed her hands. "You should come with us too, Xion." Xion shook her head frustratingly and said. "Oh no. I shouldn't. You know the other warriors will come after me." Nami nods. "True, but it's dangerous for you to go by yourself alone. C'mon, I'm sure Cosmos will understand." She said with a sweet smile on her face.

 

~Xing~

 

~Old Chaos Shrine~

 

Xing nodded and sighs. "Yeah. Not to mention he has a bad tamper." He said. As he waits for Garland, he scents a familiar evil energy somewhere, looking around and then looks at the distance where Garland was going. Xing placed his hand on his chin while placed his other one on his hip. (that energy.... is that.... Anna? Ohh crap.... please don't tell me it's her or else she'll get a wrong idea about me.) he thought while sweating. He gulps as he gets nervous.

"Not a clue really like I said I'm not exactly sure why I'm here or what is going on though from what I can sum up this is a war?" He asked. "And why exactly me out of who knows how many people?" He had no reason to care for this war...Or these people yet he was still here... Letting out a sigh. "By what I can guess they wanted to take me to Chaos in hopes that I would aid him in this war." ...His presence was still on his mind. "I, however, can provide info on one of his warriors I presume he is anyway...Red hoodie...Claw-like gauntlets for weapons...His name is Kuro and what he wants is most likely to find a way to bring something known as The Nirvana here in hopes he can combine both of them with the world I come from is my guess." ...If he was sticking with that plan this place with the Nirvana would be damage to his world far beyond then what he had planned last time.


"...That's just a theory though and that's only if he can do so and Chaos Wins." He stated. "...If my theories right then I'll fight for you." He stated his voice serious the entire time. He stated summoning his sword and placing it into the ground as he kneeled.

-Kuro, Old Chaos Shrine-

"...Tch I should of went with you bastards they fought Shiro yeah these two stood no damn chance he would have slaughtered them...Then again I wouldn't have really cared, either way, Chaos isn't going to be pleased." He said chuckling darkly. Teleporting himself to the Edge of Madness "...So he actually went there huh well Shiro we'll be meeting soon." He muttered to himself. "...Lord Chaos." He stated seriously "The Unsummoned one Shiro the one Terra and Xing failed to capture is most likely going to join with Cosmos..." He gave a dark smirk. "Do you still want him or do I have permission to end his sorry excuse of a life." 

-Vergil, Old Chaos Shrine-

The Half-Demon simply sat up against a wall his eyes closed waiting for when they would begin their next attack against Cosmos.

Sabrina then decided to use her wand and summoned an old photo book of her family. The first picture she sees is herself and a young boy who appeared to be 16 with blonde hair and green eyes. She smiles warmly at it. "Xing..." she said quietly. Zaruka continued to playing around with her plushie while giggling cutesy.

~Chaos and Garland, Chaos' Throne at the Edge of Madness~

Chaos smiled at Anna, "Good. I find your conditions agreeable. Go then." Chaos then turned his attention to Kuro, "This one you speak of...Shiro, was it? He can still be of value to us." Chaos leaned over to him, "If you wish to fight him, then lure him out. Force him to come to you." Chaos' voice then took a darker tone, "But if you kill him, you will contend with my anger."
Garland stepped forward, "My lord, what of the one called Elsa? Who shall go after her?"
Chaos turned to the armored man, "An interesting question indeed. She has returned to Cosmos' fold, and surely more warriors are on their way. Who of our number stands the best chance on infiltrating Cosmos' dwelling?"

~Terra and Johnny, Old Chaos Shrine~

Terra scoffed at Kuro's comment after he disappeared, "If that guy thinks he could have done it better, I'd like to see him try." Terra then looked over to Xing, "What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Johnny stood behind a pillar, clutching his head in his hands.
Focus. Repeat it.
My name is Johnny Mercer. I fight for Cosmos.

~Zack and Tay, Melmond~

Zack nodded at the Warrior and smiled at the party before him, "Right! C'mon guys!" With that, he started to run, his energy clearly visible.
Tay pulled on the chains on Xion's coat, "You should come with, Xion. If those Chaos guys come back for you, it'll be safer to be in a group."

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

The goddess smiled, "I am glad for your decision. With recent events, we could use every hand we have to help."

~Xing~

 

~Old Chaos Shrine~

 

Xing looks at him and chuckles nervously. "It's nothing, really." He said. Xing still worried about Anna. Will she get mad at him, or Will she get happy to see him? He then thought of something. (wait... if Anna is here, does this mean that the others there too?) he gulps as he continued. (ohh noo. Don't tell me Saeori's here too. Chaos or the other warriors will use her. I know she's a very determined kitty and strong too and can defend herself, but...) he crossed his arms while thinking.

 

~Xion, Nami and Aqua~

 

~Melmond~

 

Xion nods and sighs. "Alright. Let's go." She said. Nami smiles as she holds her hand and follow Zack. Aqua giggles at the girls as she the others. While walking, she's still wondering about Terra. (is he... really here? Or its just a trick to fool me?...) she thought. Aqua then looks at the girls one more time, chatting to each other. Aqua did remember something about what Nami said. Nami did mention that her mother shared the same name as Aqua as well.

Elsa thought the boy that had come was very suspicious, but she didn't show it. Hannah also thought he was suspicious as well. Lisa giggled happily at the bubbles still coming.

"I wonder how he got here..." Elsa whispered to Hannah. "I don't know, but we should definitely keep an eye on him if he does something funny." Hannah replied quietly. Lisa saw the plushie Zaruka was holding and tugged on it a bit.

As Sabrina looks at the photo book, she looks at the boy and sighs. she decide to ask him as she closed her book and takes a deep breath. "Excuse me, young man! Are you a friend or something else?" She shouted at him. Zaruka looks at Lisa when she tugged on her plushie a bit.

~Elsa, Lisa, and Hannah, Sanctuary~

 

Lisa continued to tug on the plushie. Elsa and Hannah watched Sabrina and got ready if the boy were to attack. They made sure he didn't notice their sudden change in posture.

Shantotto sanctuary. A woman of small stature no bigger than 2 feet aproached Cosmos and the others. "I take a small stroll and what do i find? The godesses throne crowded with people of no mind. Surly with a group of this size we should have no problem taking out those we despise."

 

Anna old chaos shrine

 

As anna went to track xion she ran into xing. "No...how did you get here? Only a god can travel the dimensions! This is a test by chaos but you wont fool me illusion!"

He turned to zack. "We must plan our next move we cant let them one up us."

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

The goddess turned to look at the girls, who were still over by the throne, "He will do no harm. You have my word." Cosmos turned back to Shiro, "One of my warriors has been taken by the forces of Chaos and has been turned against me."

~Terra, Garland and Johnny, Old Chaos Shrine~

"Alright then," Terra said, crossing his arms and looking back to where Garland had gone.
Garland then returned to the shrine and spoke, "Johnny, you have been given a second chance to apprehend the girl Elsa. Another of our number is already by her current location, and you two should be sufficient to take care of any opposition there."
Johnny knelt before the armored man, "It shall be done."
With that, a dark corridor opened and Johnny stepped through.

~Zack, outskirts of Melmond~

Zack nodded, "Yeah, especially with Xion. If they can track her, they can find us. What do you have in mind?"

~Cosmos, Sanctuary~

The goddess turned to look at the girls, who were still over by the throne, "He will do no harm. You have my word." Cosmos turned back to Shiro, "One of my warriors has been taken by the forces of Chaos and has been turned against me."

~Elsa, Lisa, and Hannah, Sanctuary~

 

"Alright, miss Cosmos. We believe you." Elsa said, relaxing a little. Hannah, however, still kept her suspicions about Shiro. Something funny's going on here... And I don't like it... Hannah though, until she turned her head to see yet another figure in the distance. Lisa saw the figure as well and cocked her head, curious about the other person.

Xing panicked when Anna thinks that he's an illusion. "Whoa, whoa, Anna! Anna, it's me! I'm not an illusion! Please listen!" He exclaimed. Xing gulps and was scared of her. He knows she's can be deadly when she gets angry.

Sabrina looks at Cosmos and nods. "Alright than." She said. Zaruka whines as she pulled her plushie a bit. Sabrina looks at the girls and giggles. "Now, now. You two can share it, okay?"
