How do you unlock the secret ending???

You have to beat Terra, Aqua, and Ven's story and collect ALL the xehanort reports in proud or critical mode.

I M playing on standard though. I forgot to mention that.

Same way as KH125 said. I'm pretty sure you can unlock it on standard--it's just begginer that you can't.

Well if that's true then I have unlocked it. I just can't watch it, or know how to watch it. Cause I beat all of the stories, and got all the xehanort reports.

Go to Trinity Archives once you have finished Final Episode, then go to Theater Mode and there should be Blank Points

With standard mode, you have to not only beat all the stories AND the Final Episode, you have to unlock every thing in the game. Every villain, every enemy, every keyblade, every command...
