Last time was Sephiroth.

Calling Noctis this time around again. Either him or Serah Farron.

You can still announce things like characters even if the game doesn't come out this year.

Apparently not for Dissidia. They said they wouldn't make plans for Noctis till his game came out.

And yet Ramza was never in the original Dissidia.

Same for Ace.

And the new character that represents XIV.

Kain, Vaan and Mary Sue were added in 012, but they are here as well.

Not to mention all the new stages, the completely new battle mechanics (3v3), and the new gods. And the plans were for the game to have at least 50 characters when it was properly finished.

Well Dissidia isn't KH, now is it?...I mean, it almost was, but you get what I mean. They could always show Noctis as a brief cameo in a KH3 trailer to generate more hype, and I realize that hype's a dirty word around here, but I've really been missing the FF hype within KH for a while now, even though it doesn't affect too much of the main story.
