That sucks bro

Sounds like they sold more via preorder than they had available upon release.  If it hasn't shipped yet--and I'm assuming it hasn't--I'd say cancel the order and get it elsewhere.  That's just too long to wait.

Idk what happened nor do I care and best believe I will be returning this since I'm unable to cancel this. I should be petty and take out the exclusive pin lol. I ended up buying it PSN

You ordered it back in November 26th (My birthday...), expecting it today er-tomorrow or uh-somewhere next week?, and now they apologize and saying that they can ship it on February 23rd?

I would be peeved over that!

I received the exact same email, and pre-ordered it back in late November. I called their Customer Service and apparently confused the rep just as much. They said they'd refund me an "Inconvenience Fee"but they could not give me an accurate ship date as they had none listed/available.

I ordered the limited edition and best buy sent me the standard edition. I went to exchange it for the right copy and they don't have it. Thanks best buy! >:(

Seriously? You'd think they'd have better customer service than that.
